I agree. I really like that condo. It has counter space in the kitchen, a dresser in the bedroom (very rare), lots of shelves, good transit access and all for a good price. And I liked the neighbourhood.

Really good format showing what the local area has to offer. Be handy if you could give an approximate travel time and cost to sukhumvit or asok to give a better idea of the location save looking it up but a cracking video nonetheless. Be interested to see more like this.

For me the main advantage of living somewhere like that is its not a tourist area so you don't get treated like a tourist. Couldn't rent a garage for that price where I live.

Rob ! I CAN NOT believe that this condo exists ! Everything I need within walking distance ! I do not want to buy/own a car when I get to Bangkok , so I was going to rely heavy on the mass transit ! Thank you for showcasing Rich Park, this is absolutely perfect of what I was looking for. I am working on getting my passport in order to come to Bangkok. Question, though, do you have to have a Visa in order to come to Bangkok initially ?
Visa requirements depend on the country of your passport. Some countries are visa exempt(no visa needed) for a period of time, some require visa on arrival or getting a visa ahead of time.

As said by chickenwingsoup it all depends on country your from.. you 100% do not need a car in bkk! I will never get one 👌🏻
@@elkhaiheem6379 If you hold a US passport, you can enter the Kingdom for 30 days visa exempt. You can just show up. This can be extended for an additional 30 days if you apply for it at immigration and pay a fee.
To stay longer than this without leaving, you will need to acquire a Visa in the USA before coming. There are many types of visa's, depending on your situation and intentions.
@@ChickenWingSoupI do plan on completely moving myself from the States to Bangkok ! And after researching certain affordable condos in the area …The Rich Park is the one I have chosen. So with that sad did you say if I wanted to stay in Bangkok past 60 days I would have to have gotten a Visa in the United States BEFORE coming to Bangkok ?

Great Condo review Rob, lots of things around the area. Decent Unit and full sized couch too which could allow for a guest or a mate to sleep over.
Exactly.. it’s about seeing the positives and value from a place like this. Good way of life for only 13k
Stayed there in an airbnb just before covid. Liked the neighbourhood vibe in the area. Only thing was i felt old as the building was full of young students. I mean only students. If you go to sukhumvit and miss the last train it's a very long taxi ride home. But i enjoyed myself. A taste of everyday life in Bangkok

You see some of these places by the river on the airport link route, looks nice , up & coming area
Nice of you to show inexpensive apartments. But please there are other viewers for whom that small a space is just not enough and are ready to pay more to get more. I don’t know why vloggers seem to concentrate on either cage size cheap apartments, or huge super expensive apartments, but not so much for the middle and upper middle class viewers who are no doubt numerous in following your channel. So good job on this one, great for some people, but certainly not for others. Looking forward to have you show us more mid range rental apartments. Just saying…✌️
The thing is it‘s really tricky to find them in bangkok. They also very often just add another bedroom instead of making a bigger living room or a room for work..
So more one bedroom places for the 15-20k range 👍🏻 will do
