I'll do my best but it's hard for me to talk on camera and it would slow me down so much in the shop! I'm working on it as this is still pretty new for me!
Just found your channel while looking at reviews of cheap 4 wheelers for my granddaughter, and man am I glad I did. Enjoying the hell out of your content, keep up the great work!
I'm glad you did too! Good timing, I'm right in the middle of this one! The reviews you find might not be the best do to a lot of people run into issues, but that's why I made this channel! Help keep the kids riding!
Nice work again. I did an AT110D but didn't take it fully apart like a box of Legos the way you did. I'm sure this is going to come together nice. I'm looking forward to seeing how you replace swing arm and spindle bushings. I had an interesting time getting replacements to fit on a 3050B last week. (Well worth it to tighten up front end slop though.)
Thank you! Honestly I haven't started the reassembly yet so it will be a game time decision on what I do with all the suspension. I'm starting on the engine this weekend I'm hoping to stay out of the bottom end but who knows, fingers crossed!
Love the videos! I recently dug into trying to get our daughters 2007 ATA110/B1 (thinking it’s a B1) running again. Bad gas was the main issue, but it needed a few other parts as well. I’ve been acquiring parts from VMC online and have it running well without the throttle cable installed. As soon as I put the factory 30” throttle cable on it raises the sleeve in the carburetor and I’m unable to adjust it to a low enough RPM for idling. Could you possibly offer some insight on this? Thanks!
Thanks! That issue happens all the time. Check out the last video of this project: th-cam.com/video/4_e44WZ6VC8/w-d-xo.html and start @ 3:10 That should help you out!
Hey could you tell me how to hook up a Chinese atv solenoid. Does the starter and positive go on the same circuit and the negative go on it’s own circuit
Appreciate your approach to working safely, really enjoy the videos and have a solid “go to” for when I do have questions about stuff. If you don’t have them already, some real time tear down and repair of individual sections would be cool to have as tutorials-brakes, rear end, tires, something not too extensive about wiring and common adjustments. Appreciate your work. #subscribed:)
Thanks man, and I really appreciate the feedback! Part 4 will be the motor getting rebuilt so that will be really detailed. I do plan to have more "How To" videos in the future. Any suggestions on what I should do first?
Praska Boy's Garage I’m a new rider at 45 but would suggest the first few things ( maintenance wise I haven’t reached this yet with mine ) that tend to fail on Chinese quads and I’d also suggest making the recommendations for any costs to be as budget friendly ( we are buying cheap so I assume that’s a given but can’t really direct you without researching it myself unfortunately ) as possible but still include DIY for those of us watching who intend to try our hand at the repair-keeping it simple will or should draw more people in. I would think covering the basics of why an engine wouldn’t run would be fuel, fire, oxygen, and compression. So if that makes sense to you, center the videos around those four individually of course and what could possibly be the issue for each from a troubleshooting perspective. If this, check that, if that, check this - you know, process of elimination. And from my previous comment, save the tutorials I requested for another time. I think everyone reaches those points but feel like it’s probably later on meaning if maintenance is done to keep it running then those things will eventually fail and be in need of repair. I have swapped out the rear end on mine, changed the suspension, changed the exhaust, had to fix the wiring, put in a new clutch, carburetor, ignition, added new lights and it had a performance coil and CDI box already on it so I wanted to learn how to do these repairs ( granted I had some help with them ) which led me to watching videos on YT but there’s a few more ideas for videos if they aren’t already something you have lined up. Damn I talk too much lol..
Another knowledge packed vid. Thanks, I've been learning a lot....I know you mainly concentrate on the Chinese ATVs, but do you ever rebuild these motorbikes from tractor supply like a coleman, or a massimo? Great vid.
I do all the time, but usually just in my free time when I am not filming for TH-cam. I started the channel to focus on youth powersports since there wasn't a lot of good information out there, but soon I will start to branch out!
BJ, in a prior video you did a rebuild and gave away the quad. In that video, you stripped and repainted the plastics. I just picked up 2 Coolster 150ccs and plan on doing the same thing to the plastics. Are you able to tell me the stripper and paint products you used for that rebuild? I would appreciate it.
For decals I used goo gone adhesive remover and I used Klean-Strip Aerosol TO strip the paint and you can purchase from a local home store like Home Depot. Here is a link: www.homedepot.com/p/Klean-Strip-16-oz-Premium-Stripper-Aerosol-CA-Formula-EKPS302SC/311799645
@@PraskaBoysGarage Thank you very much for the quick response. I have to say, I really enjoy your videos. They are entertaining and informative. They were instrumental in helping me fix my nephew's 125D...rewire, new carb, new air filter, new starter. It had been sitting for 2 years and after watching your videos, I got the courage to mess with it. Worked like a dream. He was extremely excited when it was fixed. Thank you!
Praska Boy's Garage Thank You, I go to a local salvage yard that has tons of new part for those particular bikes. If you ever need anything please let me know.
Hey sup guys, I got an atv 110cc to restore, made it run and move but before spending any money on it I want to make sure I can get a registration on it, the problem is that the guys who have it to me doesn't have any title or registration because when he bought it he didn't title it, if you guys now something about what to do please reply back Oh by the way I live in California if that helps
@@PraskaBoysGarage its funny how different they are. I just finished making a 125 out of 2 atvs, exact same year and model but there are differences. Out here they rust out. A 2010 will be half gone just from the salt air
Salty Monkey I did a lot of research years ago on them and China has a ton of manufacturers for these atvs but they all use the same parts to make them. Where are you that you get rust that bad?
I do the same on name brand, I just haven't filmed it for TH-cam. We own several name brand power sports but I felt that TH-cam has a lack of good information available on these Chinese ATVs. Since they are mostly DIY repairs I wanted to start the channel here. I will soon start changing it up and show rebuilds on the name brand.
Would love to see reassembly in real time! Glad ur back

Glad you liked it! More to come!
Your videos are inspirational man! Keep up the good work.
I appreciate that! Will do!
Thank you for showing your failed attempts at things. Make me feel a bit better when it happens to me in the garage!
You bet! We all make mistakes and believe me, I make my fair share of them! Thanks for watching!
Keep em going on the regular basis man. Good job
I'm going to try my best! I'm a father of 4 and have a full time job, but the plan is to keep them coming! Thanks for subscribing and watching!
Finally got one uploaded before midnight. Well played!
Thanks man! TH-cam has this cool feature where you can delay it going public. It only took 10 videos later to learn that was a thing! I got it now!
Your really good at what you do! Thanks for the content buddy

Since you said college, prob red and gold for Iowa state cyclones. However, you should make it red, white and blue. Make Chinese quad great again.

Hey I was wondering what’s the typical chain size for the 50-110cc atv ? I can’t find a straight answer???
I've used #428 on the majority of my builds. This one included! That's pretty much standard for these Chinese atvs.
Praska Boy's Garage Awesome thanks bud !! What’s the normal link length??Great job on the informal content !!!
@@tyronewaughtal1179 It's usually a bit longer than 3ft. I just order the chain at 10ft at a time. Thanks for the support, I appreciate you watching!
Like the new intro
Thanks! Fiverr for the win!
Great video! I'm guessing red body and white frame or green body and yellow frame.
Close!
Red and white 😍😍
Red and white is my favorite..but not this time :(
Praska Boy's Garage whatever it will be im sure itll look awsome love your videos man good work 👍
Do this utilize the Baja ATV parts ?
Some parts will be similar like the motor, wiring and controls. The body and plastics will be different.

black& yellow
Black and yellow in a Wiz Khalifa voice 🤣
Haha, not for this one, but I did a "BumbleBee" build for my son last summer! It's a cool color combo for sure!
