The 'raw meat' is actually "Kibbie nayeh" (raw Kibbie). It is the national dish of Lebanon. Kibbie contains a variety of spices, puréed onion and bulgur wheat. The recipe can vary somewhat but, those are normally the basics. Kibbie can also be served baked or fried into small foot-ball shapes (you showed some briefly before getting your beets) often stuffed with meat onions and pine nuts.

that first breakfast was a breakfast to die for. completely vegetarian, perfect balance of protein and carbs and veggies.. I can have that breakfast everyday for the rest of my life. Amazing

I have a few Lebanese colleagues. Being a baker and a real foodie they invited me over for dinner one day. 3 colleagues in all I came over and their wives have been buisy in the kitchen all day. They had a very large charcoal pit outside and we just spend the whole day around a table sitting and just slowly eating laughing and having a grand time.
When it comes to food and pride in their food culture the Libanese are something special. Not to mention that no matter what your stomach tells you, you just cant stop. Its just that good.
Love this kind of food! Thanks for sharing that culinary heaven!

Sonny, google how to eat artichokes. You did the first part almost right but you need to dip it in something. When you get down to the stringy bits you need to cut them off of the heart. My family had an artichoke plant growing just outside our front door. It got a disease one year and my dad cut it down. There is a funny picture of me holding the plant like a friend before he died just before my dad cut it down.
I think it’s going to be fun if the wife gets to do some reviews as well!

Luckily I have a Lebanese restaurant only 10 minutes from my house. It's absolutely amazing.

I didn’t expect him to have a relative understanding of bible stories. Just knowing names and being able to turn the story for comedy requires some level of understanding.
Thank God it’s not another upload from his India channel. I asked TH-cam to stop showing me that channels uploads but they still show up on my feed. This channels content is superior and much more interesting because Sonny is actually on camera.
2024 is really surprising me now that AMZPKK hit the road. After all these years of barely reading anything good I was usually just shutting down any type of media influence as much as I can but this brings back good lights and it should give hope to some of you that no matter what is going on in the world at the end something good comes to surface

Just few days in AMZPKK is clearly setting up the new milestone! The only real way to counter the current recession is by acting on yourself, making own decisions and making sure that you got enough no matter what happens. If you trust conventional ways you might end up being homeless or worse at one day, seriously..
