Sincerely, I am very happy that you enjoyed the food from my beloved Chile. Everything looks so delicious and fresh, especially the seafood and fish. I envy that delicious dish you tried. Here in the USA, you can't find those delicacies. You missed celebrating those beautiful seafood dishes with a good glass of Chilean wine, a pisco sour, or some natural fruit juices, which are very tasty with that sweet organic flavor from Chile! Thank you for showing the world part of our cuisine.
