      I think that comes from the simplicity of the product, he isn't offering gluten free, or salads, or anything else. The focus of product affords certainty in simplicity.

    The usual foodtrucks look unhygienic but your mindset really shows in your setup. It's clean, organized and efficient. Love it. I would definitely buy pizza from your truck as you have a great oven, ingredients and incredible interior. Good job .

    From watching all ya vids, the half-turn and quarter turn adjustments to get it evenly baked is the best way to cook a pizza in this type of oven.
    The doming final touch. You do it so well. Never seen a better cooked pizza.
    Your dough style is on point for my type of pizza as well.

    This is inspirational. I've worked out the handling of the dough, it doesn't stick anymore for me. The explanation of Richard Bertinet on youtube helped a great deal. (tip).
    But I would love a video from you about the making of the dough. Hydration and talking about yeast and constancy.
    I used these packages of yeast because I don't use enough yeast to buy anything bigger. But I don't really trust them anymore. If I use the correct amount of yeast, sometimes just nothing will happen. And sometimes it's absolutely fine.

    Love your videos Adam, thank you! Looking forward to the dough prep one! I’d just like to see maybe a recipe that you use, including particular flour and then a step by step of what you do. My dough always seems to be a little sticky during the proofing stage, but I use a pre fermented dough method, so may be different to yourself.

    Hello sir, super great content! Been thinking of starting this gig for quite a while. Using an Ooni at home for quite some time, but interested in the Gozney set-up you have if I move forward. Can you share your food cost % with us? And possibly a breakdown of your service costs (i.e boxes, misc equipment, etc). I know it will be different from location to location for folks, but it would be useful to get a general idea. Thanks - pumped to hear back and for that type of content as well!!

    Love the vids mate. Long time pizza maker as well. I got a good one for ya , you can start it out as a margherita , add long hot peppers and hot sopressata then top it with some fresh minced garlic. Thats a banger pie for the spicy lovers

    You make it look easy Adam but it’s anything but. For anyone watching this takes incredible skill and can take years but if you’re serious enough and willing to put in the work you can speed things up a bit. As far as I’m concerned he is the best in the business and what I also like you get plenty of pizza for your money and what I mean by that is you don’t get a massive fat crust on the edges that way others do which I hate . You are the best Adam and obviously you must know that. I’m hot on your trail with my own pizzas but thank god I have the master to learn from ❤

    The POV was awesome thanks for that, Wonder is I can ask a question, Ive been happily using Roccbox for about 5 years and its Awesome (as you know) I run into an issue occasionally after opening my dough ball and topping the pizza unless I'm fast I have to use far more flour on the roccbox peel than you do, I'm thinking my dough hydration is too high making it sticky any advice would be appreciated.

    A tenner for that pizza in 2024 is incredibly well priced. When you consider that it's incredibly difficult to recreate without high end equipment, practice and skill, it makes it all the better.
    Such is the power of branding, that idiots will happily pay double for a Dominoes pizza. They know no better. Same idea with Starbucks coffee at £4.40. The quality is dog shit, but the brand strength is so strong.
    Be cool to see this guy do really well and scale the business model. He's clearly very skilled and passionate about his craft. It's so clear to see this is all about the product and the money is a byproduct. This mans passion is cooking and these are the people we should be supporting.
