As a kid growing up IN NY 60’s I recall with my mother ordering pizza from broken down English Italian’s barely here from their home land. SADLY I’m yet to taste the same pizza flavor and pie texture. Things have change into a commercial pizza feeding. But this makes me want to travel and taste Thank you 🙏

Sono italiano e appassionato di questo prodotto e delle farine importantissime come il lievito d’altronde , non riesco mai a replicarla nel mio forno elettrico che arriva solo a 250 gradi ventilato o no viene una specie di focaccia che poi noi presi dai morsi della fame addentiamo senza pietà a qualsiasi ora delle sera o della notte 😂👋🏻
Tutti i forni non professionali sono limitati. Prova con una farina di forza o per pizza precisamente, ed è importante anche il tempo di lievitazione, io le concedo anche 12 ore. Non porre tutto l'impasto in un'unica teglia, perché il risultato focacccia è assicurato. Fai molte prove perché molti sono i fattori importanti. Spero che almeno un consiglio ti sia stato utile. Buona giornata

One thing I don't get is that why these first step cooks do not use gloves. Sure the pizzas go to oven but still. Those who finish the pizzas before serving them use gloves, If I were the owner of this place, everyone would wear gloves. I am not a fan of eating food that someone else has touched with their bare hands, hands that are used to wipe ahole after taking a shit. This is why I have almost completely quit eating foods in restaurants because I've seen how rare the use of gloves actually is. Disgusting.

The art of making a pizza borders on it being a science...... My mind is just comparing what i saw in this video to a lot of pizzerias in the US that claim to make Italian piazzas and I`ve tried numerous of them..... It`s a travesty and a joke....... many times the back of the pizza was as pale as raw, flat edges of stale tasteless crust " if I may even call it that".......once and twice I had to return the pizza and the manger came looking at me like I was some kind of an outlandish creature...... I finally stopped and gave up on going to pizzerias in america.....Gourmet , Italian, rustic or whichever fancy name they choose to give these places........ They`re all " Domino`s and Papa Johns Pizzas"...... No offense to anyone....
