As a kid growing up IN NY 60’s I recall with my mother ordering pizza from broken down English Italian’s barely here from their home land. SADLY I’m yet to taste the same pizza flavor and pie texture. Things have change into a commercial pizza feeding. But this makes me want to travel and taste Thank you 🙏

I appreciate the opportunity to see a nice video like this one. What a well oiled machine business. I’m trying to understand what the electric oven purpose is specifically used for when making a pizza instead of using the wood fired oven.
I just want the ingredients and I can make this myself. Not saying that it’s possible to obtain the list of ingredients, but I am just wanting it. lol. Amazing skills from each and every individual. These guys are professionals and I’m sure they are well compensated.
Sono italiano e appassionato di questo prodotto e delle farine importantissime come il lievito d’altronde , non riesco mai a replicarla nel mio forno elettrico che arriva solo a 250 gradi ventilato o no viene una specie di focaccia che poi noi presi dai morsi della fame addentiamo senza pietà a qualsiasi ora delle sera o della notte 😂👋🏻
Tutti i forni non professionali sono limitati. Prova con una farina di forza o per pizza precisamente, ed è importante anche il tempo di lievitazione, io le concedo anche 12 ore. Non porre tutto l'impasto in un'unica teglia, perché il risultato focacccia è assicurato. Fai molte prove perché molti sono i fattori importanti. Spero che almeno un consiglio ti sia stato utile. I'm Canadian and never been to Italy. I would love to go there just to eat great pizza and glass of beer. Part of my bucket list. I think, but not sure, pizza was brought to America and Canada by early Italian settlers.🍕🍺
