Honey Butter Cheese Garlic Twist :: Crispy Cheese Bread Stick :: No Fermentation

I made cheese and garlic stick bread easily without the fermentation process.
It has a crispy puff pastry texture, and tastes like honey butter and garlic.
Even if it's not a perfect puff pastry dough, it's delicious, so make it easily.
*** Measurements are on a scale (g), rice spoon (Tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp) (not a measuring spoon)

✤ Dough
- 180g Soft flour (all-purpose flour available)
- 100g Room temperature unsalted butter
- 4g (1tsp) Salt
- 80g Cold water
✤ Egg wash
- 1 Egg
- 8g(1Tbsp) Milk
✤ Peeling
- 80g Mozzarella cheese
- 40g Mexican cheese (Colby Jack cheese, or use your favorite cheese)
✤ Honey Butter Garlic Sauce
- 30g (4Tbsp) Melted unsalted butter
- 10g (0.5Tbsp) Minced garlic
- 5g (0.5Tbsp) Minced green onion
- 16g (1Tbsp) Honey
✤ TIP
- The dough should not be kneaded as much as possible so that it is crispy.
- When the dough is folded, the butter does not melt to form a texture, so it is crispy.
- You can also make it with puff pastry dough.

I couldn't resist and I made these today. My wife and I both loved them and they looked exactly like the ones in the video. The only difference was that I used all purpose flour instead of cake flour, but they were still fantastic.

I think the only difference between all purpose and cake flour is that cake flour is much more fine, honestly I think yours is more airrated and fluffy, well done.
@@Lewrane_ For everything that was important. I'd say I added about 50% more mozzarella and cheddar just because I figured more cheese couldn't be a bad thing, and it wasn't.
@@juansnyders7323 Yeah, I think that's pretty much it. Mine seemed a little more bread-like than these, but otherwise all purpose is a perfectly fine substitute.

I made these except the butter I used for the sauce was special ;) . And I used some pie dough I had already made a while ago and frozen, so it was not of this specific recipe. I also added way more garlic and some other seasonings including tajin. And I very much estimated the cheese amounts. I was already considerably elevated when I put the dish together. Absolutely delicious recipe, a wonderful take on a more pastry type of garlic twist rather than a glutinous bread. So flaky, so sinfully cheesy. I plan on making again
