Firstly, you should have some power natural through diet... Then your wrist will have the power... Eat well, and practice backhand as more as possible.
@@sukoon5689 well that's a year ago and my forearm strength has improved. It wasn't much but being able to do backhand clear from any angle with ease is an achievement for myself, as well as what keeps me going :)
It was my problem too . I can't hit toss and loss a lot of matches. You should do push ups at a time without taking break. Start doing backhand wall (like when you defend a smash. In that position. These two things will help you a lot
You know what might be of immense interests to netizens? Disguised shots such as those made by the Queen of Badminton Tai Tzu Ying...do those and I guarantee your following will increase noticeably. Those shots are technically quite easy for master players like yourselves. Since you are the only channel which seems to demo trick shots, you might as well continue this theme with shots people are familiar with from watching players like TTY. You covered her reverse BH drop already (it’s not hers exclusively but she is known to do it well)
Would you make clips of common injuries in Badminton? how to prevent them? and what badminton players have for a long time to do to protect the foot/ knee/ wrist/ hip/ shoulder joints? Thanks for the tutorial clips of Badminton Famly, I'm improved. Love from SGN!
Hello sir!!!!! Again nice to hear that u uploaded a new video...✨✨ Sir, one long time doubt ...what is the use of the skins or tights that MR.RASMUS TRAIN uses????🤔🤔🤔🤔😐🤔😐🤔🤔🤔
We made this one serve to the side video: th-cam.com/video/kMJiJjZ2J_0/w-d-xo.html We are working on the serve opposite direction but it will come later on😎
This is topic referred to a lot but not much details given...could you do one video just on finger power...what exactly does it mean and how to use it properly...thx.
I hear this term referred by other people but I think they mean different thing. So thanks in advance for clarifying in another video, such as the one for ‘wrist power’
Index finger and thumb grips the racket just like you normally do. Then don't grip the racket with the rest of the fingers. When you don't you have a loose grip. When you grip the racket with pinky and ring finger we get power in the racket. These two finger are controlled by strong muscles in the forearm. This is finger power 🙏
Ah, perfect explanation which I have never heard from anyone else before. So when gripping with the bottom fingers , we have a FIRM grip. Otherwise it’s a lose grip. And if no fingers, then it’s no grip LOL. Thank you kind Sirs...
I have a question but its not relate to this video. When we smash we relax body to increase the power but when I try to generate more power , I always tight my shoulder. So, my question is when we try hard smash what is the part of body we should tight and lose ?
We tighten the muscles when moving the one part of body at the time. So the legs move either by kicking or pushing the ground. Then use the muscles to extend the hips or rotate and so on up through the body and out in the racket. Practise all the movements and as long as the movement involves the whole body you will get more efficient meaning the muscles which is tightening and which is not at certain points of the strokes will improve
@@BadmintonFamly thanks for information about kicking / pushing leg and use hip. But I want to ask you more detail about shoulder. After I kicked my leg and use the hip then I raised my arm. I always tight my shoulder. Sometimes it make me feel pain. I want to ask what the part of body in the movement I raise my arm and smash. Because I feel powerless when I didnt tight my shoulder. But this is bad habits. Am I right ?
please make a video about how to do straight cut whih you just did in the facebook axelsen t-shirt giveaway video. I always do reverse cut and have no idea of how to do straight cut
@@BadmintonFamly do you mean I should aim for cross court from left side but then do cut that would cause it to Dropbox straight? I.e the cut that would cause shuttle to go from right side to cross court while racket is swung straight ?
Tricky to say because A, B, C etc are probably different in each country. Be me Thomas is the former world champion in mixed doubles in 2009 with Kamilla Rytter Juhl, so you can say the level is at the highest, well it used to be, I stopped my career at the Olympics in 2012💪🏻
Hi, I'm French. I play for some time badminton but when I make a match I lose my temper which makes me often lose you have solutions to control his stress?
Really tricky just to add a comment to solve this, it takes time to think correctly. Try next time before the game to prepare for the situations where you get angry, and when they come in the game then you are prepared for it and then easier just to say "hi trouble brain" please go away I´m playing and you are not helping 😎
I’ve ankled many players because of this trick!
Thanks for teaching us this
Precisely doing it & nice when replays in slow motion.
Thanks 😎
And when I get on the court. I remember nothing
🤣🥴🙃
Yes
Right
You can play your simple game as you normally play . Badminton is just to find gap

Great compilation of your deception videos! I'm gonna have fun trying to learn all of them :D

Yes...Relax is the key..this is difficult part when playing 😭
U can call it patience
Tbh I don't rlly get nervous when I play , when u play badminton don't play it , play with it. That's how I think. It's not a life or death moment.

Haha yes the eyes and the body actually plays an important role in the deceptions, try it out🤪🕺
Yaa that's very important in deceptions...😊
verry good! thank you!
Wao wonderful, u mk badminton so easy. Pls give a simple video about how to play backhand cross court clear shots.
We have the backhand clear on our channel but not cross long✌🏻
