    Emma, this was wonderful ! I really, really, REALLY needed a calm and restorative class this afternoon (was examinator for oral exams this morning), and this class was spot on ! Your words had a huge impact on my stress level, thank you🙏 I'm just unable to keep with you during pranayama (kumbhaka makes me feel oppressed), so I was breathing normally😉
    It's amazing that you're a good teacher for both dynamic AND calming practices😎

    I usually do a strong class in the morning and do a yin practice in the evening but today i needed something slower at the start felt, great thank you Emma, enjoyed it thank you so much!!
