Welcome to my online yoga studio! Here I will guide you through creatively sequenced, mostly vinyasa style, yoga classes to move your body and calm your mind. My videos are unique because they are not only yoga classes, but many of them are filmed in different locations/cities all over the world! This fast-paced breath-to-movement vinyasa practice will ignite your inner fire, get stagnant energy moving, and boost your mood in just 45 minutes! We will move through some sun salutations and build a fun ladder sequence, utilizing primarily one-breath-per-movement. Super awesome & fulfilling sequence <3 do you have any guidance for modifying the pistol squat --> utthita hasta padangushtasana move for limited ankle mobility? (I don't have heels down in yogi squat, it's either block beneath seat or balancing on toes 😂)...my instinct would be to try rising with a folded blanket under the heel, so there's a grounding surface...thoughts? Gratitude & appreciation always x

Hi Emma, once again, time flew by so quickly ! Straight leg lunge was surprisingly challenging for the balance 😉 I get what you said for the counterpose of ardha matsyendrasana : if you lift the "further" sit bone and bent over your arms, it leads more towards EPK2 than towards a deep spine stretch. Hope you're having lovely Xmas holidays ; see you next week when I'm back from my fav city in the world (you know which one I'm talking about, right ?😉) Thank you for this peaceful class🙏

Hi Emma, I was such a seamless class, I feel like it just started ! Loved every minute, thank you 🙏 P.S. : I was facing my back to the TV bc there's a mirror just besides the screen, and it makes me lose my balance in uttita padangusthasana, so I was able to see you coming perfectly into handstand (I was in standing split) : congrats ! ! !
Haha! I actually get so nervous when people watch me handstand, I assumed no one would notice because the viewer would be in standing splits - LOL!
@emmapigeonyoga you master handstand now, so you shouldn't be afraid of doing it in front of the camera. And, if you can't achieve the pose the day you're filming, that's alright, it's a good way to show people that poses are not "acquired" , that we have to do with how our body is feeling on any given day, and not beat ourself up for that (it's ahimsa, first yama😎).
