My first Cat, Gyzzmo, would eat a stewed Turkey Drumstick but only if it was stewed with Tarragon!! He was a funny guy! Are You sure, that such a quantity of breadcrumbs is correct, it is not mistake? I did these meatballs, were tasty, but quite hard, I think because of too much of breadcrumbs.
Great recipe. Sweet potato mash would be a nice accompaniment. Please could you go back to no narration as that was one of the best features of your chanel? So many chefs delight in the sound of their own voices and you didn't need to be one of them, until now.🤐

tried this last night....and i think made around sixteen meat balls from approx 1lb of chicken meat, cooked some pasta to serve the sauce and meatballs on, and it went down a treat, i know it must be good when my brother[notoriety fickle]asks for a second portion :P - thanks chef for another good one :)
One of my first loves.. When the other kids brought cookies or brownies to school, I requested that my Ma make chicken with tarragon.. Lol, I was 9 or 10yo... Tarragon is often overlooked it's so herbaceous and also goes very well with an egg salad or any preparation thereof. 😋👍❤️
Ahhh we moved on to the talkies......great move. Lucky for us hungry souls the food you cook is still number 1. one problem though, I am in my 70s now and I'd rather not be reminded how good it is to have to have nice juicy balls.....😃

My wife and I made this for the family last night. Amazing! I had to double the recipe and made 16 meatballs for everyone. Turned out great! I made one mistake. After taking the pans out of the oven, I stupidly grabbed the handle to moved one out of my way and burnt my hand. OUCH!! That's a pain I don't want to feel again. Thank you for sharing this recipe with us. I always look forward to the next one. I enjoyed the the voice over. Love your sense of humour! OMG!! Drooling!!!!! I became a meatball fan a couple years ago before COVID. I discovered there are many flavorful recipes besides Italian meatballs. One time the entire family was getting together. Some came in late and were hungry. I cooked some tasty Asian style meatballs over rice. It was a HIT! So, you KNOW I am going to make these! (for others, I have made my own Chicken meat mince in a food processor just pulse it a few times). Thank you CHEF! 😋
