I made these yesterday and they are even better than they look. All of the flavors just explode! I made mine with freshly 'riced' cauliflower and seasoned with the same basic ingredients & added veggies. It was a huge hit! Thank you Chef!
Finally made these. What an underrated video. These meatballs were surprisingly filling. I halfed the recipe, made 12. My wife was full after 2, I was full after 4 of em. That is without the sauce! Beautiful. Always fun making meatballs. Everyday is a holiday when you plan a special menu. God bless you, Chef. Hope your health is good.
Made this last night and since I needed to see how the finicky folks would think, I halved it also. They were loved by all, and I was asked to make this a repeat recipe. I still made way more sauce than I needed but I ended up using it today. I put over Thai rice noodles and veggies for lunch.

Thanks for leaving the mistake in. I learn far more about cooking by watching you correct mistakes than seeing "perfection" all of the time. My attempts won't be perfect, so it's really helpful to have ideas already in mind so I can make corrections without stressing or making things worse.
Knowing that someone with 5+ decades of experience still makes mistakes, is willing to admit it and then shows how to fix it makes his channel one of my favorites.
When I cook I pretend chef jean-pierre is watching over my shoulder because he's going to taste it too and any time I feel like I don't know if what I'm doing is right or not I just start putting butter into whatever I'm cooking and he approves
OMG! When I saw you put the breaded meatballs in the sauce I thought 'what the heck is he doing?' Then I though, well he's a chef he knows what he's doing here. Watch and learn! Then you come back and compare the two and confess your mistake. I laughed so hard. You are so entertaining I am always happy & inspired after watching your videos. Just made this today! This is the second recipe I’ve made from your channel. I have to admit that it’s a pretty labour intensive recipe (for me, anyway), but oh my…the effort is sooooo worth it. I can just pop the meatballs into my mouth, like popcorn chicken. I highly recommend everyone to try this!

What a great recipe. Made this last night and the family loved it! I added fish sauce in both the meat and the sauce to add more specific thai flavour.
That scrapper idea is freggin golden! Everytime I needed to scrap I would just stare and have this fight between scrapping with my knife or just accepting the waste

Hello chef, I love your show. Always looking forward for the next episode. I also went back and watched older videos you made before I found you. I already made some of your recepies and family loved them. My biggest hindrace is the stock though, you use it quite often. I would also like to make it (store-bought is quite expensive in Prague and most likely not as good as made at home). Since it is time consuming to make, it is best to make it in big batches, however I do not have storage space in my freezer for it. Could I store it long-term by canning it (like you cann vegetables, pickles or compote)?
We like to use Mae Ploy Red Curry Paste, never having seen or tried maesri brand, found it on amazon and have ordered it to give it a try, thanks you for the recommendation. We like to portion the chilli paste into small ice cubes in one of those silicon trays and freeze them and just grab as many cubes as we need, rather than repeated thawing and freezing the paste.take care, god bless one and all.

I don't use salt or blackpepper at all on these. I use fishsauce and chili. I think it is better that way. But I like your recipies and I have try some of those too.

These meatballs look delicious , another great idea for when I host Cards. I grew up in the mediterranean and ate a lot of curryed food but a lot of my American friends are not that crazy about curry. I know that I will love this recipe , thanks again ❤
Just made this today! This is the second recipe I’ve made from your channel. I have to admit that it’s a pretty labour intensive recipe (for me, anyway), but oh my…the effort is sooooo worth it. I can just pop the meatballs into my mouth, like popcorn chicken. I highly recommend everyone to try this!

What a great recipe. Made this last night and the family loved it! I added fish sauce in both the meat and the sauce to add more specific thai flavour.
That scrapper idea is freggin golden! Everytime I needed to scrap I would just stare and have this fight between scrapping with my knife or just accepting the waste

Hello chef, I love your show. Always looking forward for the next episode. I also went back and watched older videos you made before I found you. I already made some of your recepies and family loved them. My biggest hindrace is the stock though, you use it quite often. I would also like to make it (store-bought is quite expensive in Prague and most likely not as good as made at home). Since it is time consuming to make, it is best to make it in big batches, however I do not have storage space in my freezer for it. Could I store it long-term by canning it (like you cann vegetables, pickles or compote)?

We like to use Mae Ploy Red Curry Paste, never having seen or tried maesri brand, found it on amazon and have ordered it to give it a try, thanks you for the recommendation. We like to portion the chilli paste into small ice cubes in one of those silicon trays and freeze them and just grab as many cubes as we need, rather than repeated thawing and freezing the paste.take care, god bless one and all.

I don't use salt or blackpepper at all on these. I use fishsauce and chili. I think it is better that way. But I like your recipies and I have try some of those too.
