Sea kayaking day-trip around Blake Island, just west of Seattle, Washington. We put-in at the Southworth Ferry Terminal and paddled out to and around Blake Island anticlockwise. Beautiful marina, campsites, beaches. We paddled through low tide and saw lots of marine life including crabs, jellyfish (Lion's Mane and Fried Egg), porpoises, seals. Rich bird life including eagles, herons, kingfishers. Many Raccoons feeding in the shallows at low tide.
