    Now that the loop is closed, there is no reason to resort to anyone else's videos! Warmup, workout and now the perfect cooldown!

    Love how this was still hight energy, didn't yawn once, most of the time during cool down I break down, but now I still feel great, ready for the day! High Five!! 🤩

    Hi, there, from Portugal! I really would like to follow you on daily basis, but the fact you don't have the warm up and the cool down included in your videos, it's a bit limiting for me. I usually struggle with time and it takes longer to put one thing first, than the other, and so on, which turns to make the whole workout longer. Nevertheless, I think your so professional and your exercises really let us transform our bodies and get more powerful in so many ways. Happy holidays and see you as soon as possible💪❤️

    Lol, doing this after the long band leg and glute workout was a killer, it got the best of me, but I never gave up and kept on pushing until the very end 💪(lol I meant to comment this on the new kombat workout hiit video but this autoplayed afterwards before I finished typing)

    Love this - I do it after every workout from you. However, a specific request would be a longer one since it is so nice after workout. Perhaps 15-20 min. Or perhaps you have a recommendation of another one?

      @@DANIELPTFITNESSThankl you! The main reason is to get even more flexibility into my workout - so it almost becomes like a yoga practise built into the strength training. But I love that you already incorporate flexibility in the way you make the kettle bell workouts.
