  • Build a Big Back with Bands | Follow Along | BACK Workout with Long Band feat. Long Resistance Bands from FITBEAST.
    In this workout we will go through the most effective exercises that you can do with the resistance bands for targeting the Back muscles. There will be two blocks of exercises. Each block contains 6x exercises, we will perform each exercise for 40 seconds and we will have 20 seconds rest in between and we will do each block for 2x rounds in a row.
    If you want to increase the intensity of the exercises you can use a thicker band or combine weights such as dumbbell or kettlebells with the long band to boost up the intensity. If you are looking to increase the volume of the workout, you can do 3x or maybe even 4-5x rounds of each block!

    2. LYING PULLOVER

    4. PRAYER SINGLE ARM ROW
    5. PRAYER SINGLE ARM ROW

    I have just done this complete workout, I used the three strengths of band.. it took me 35 minutes in total (couldn't exactly follow through as I needed to adjust bands anchoring points)
    I tell you guys, my back is BURNING!!
    I haven't felt it like that when I trained with weights!

    Thank you so much for these Daniel. It's often difficult to find variations that work with bands but you have so many great ones. I've finally been able to find the ones that work for me through your videos and have been able to finally build muscle again after a ruptured hernia accident🙏🙏🙏
