I'm pan and obviously as a trans guy I find other trans guys easier to relate to than cis guys cause we've automatically had some similar life experiences and as trans people are marginalised you often bond with other trans people because of that same struggle so it makes sense for me as a pan person to be able to form that attraction. Cis guys sometimes have a lot of privilege to unlearn because of how society is and not all of them do, so statistically I'm less likely to relate to them if they haven't unlearned that.

Though not the reason I an writing, I just wanted to respond to a comment you made before I lose track of my thoughts: You are definitely a handsome man and, based upon the purpose of Grinder, should garner a significant number of second, and then third, looks, and so on. The real purpose as to why I am responding to a four year old video is to tell you how much your strength of character and self confidence impressed me. You were not arrogant, nor did you bluster and posture. But you definitely presented yourself as someone who knows who you are, both the good and the bad, and have accepted yourself as you are. You do not give any impression of trying to create a plastic facade to present to the world, nor are you judgemental regarding others who are in the same social situation you currently live. You come across as having accepted the world as it is, and are meeting and dealing with it on your own terms, without whining nor approaching it as 'poor me.' And you accomplish all this without being arrogant. I am going to play 'catch up,' and I hope to find you've had a good life through the intervening time, and that you've preserved your attutude from this video. My continued respect and wishes that you are happy and are enjoying a good life - You give every indication you have earned it!
Thought number 1, you are DEFINITELY not ugly. Thought number 2, dating/meet sites sound horrible to me. My friends do not have much luck on them and it sounds like a tedious, time consuming chore trying to find a decent person to talk to.
Hot Strawberry, I've actually had good luck on dating sites meeting men and women. The thing is you have to actually read profiles and know what you do and don't want in a person. There are some great tips floating around the Web about making an interesting profile and sifting through the flakes and fakes. It is possible, just saying.
FTMs still have the female mind, I try to meet up with FTM all the time cuz I wanna be with one so bad But they always shy out and seem really scared and sensitive to meet up or selective just LIKE WOMEN. Im even afraid to talk to them like men cuz us men are aggressive and don't mind talking dirty, But everytime these FTMs shy out and disappear.
+miko poo Dude, I wouldn't be so quick to lump all FtMs together. Maybe that's the experience you have had with some specific FtM trans guys, but you're stereotyping both trans guys and women here. I am aggressive as hell (back in the day I was a female Dominate who was very active in the BDSM community), and I've always been a dirty talker. I've also never had any problem with having sex for fun with people I never plan to meet again. So please don't lump everybody together based on a few experiences you've had. Also, don't assume that all women are the same. Plenty of women are aggressive and dirty talkers who would never "shy out" as you call it. That's really a very sexist remark.
Dude I agree with you, I question some transguys transitions because they act like girls. Sexist or not it's true that boys and girls are different. A lot of FTMs do have a male mind though, but some don't.
As an FTM I have to say that we don't have a female mind, the statistics of aggression towards trans people usually make us extremely cautious; and also, there is the dysphoria issue. I only date women, and i have suffered harassment by some of them, as well as some of their ex boyfriends, brothers and fathers who find out i'm trans. If by "female mind" you mean "the mind of a person who has (historically and statistically) a high probability of suffering harm"; yes, a lot of us may have that kind of mind
I think this comment section is pretty enlightening because I think a lot of what people attribute to "female" mind (whether they're talking about cis women or trans men) just comes down to the behavioral differences that people develop if they are statistically less safe in the world (not to say that cis gay men don't have their safety issues of their own). Expecting ftms to "prove" they're men by behaving exactly like cis men is not reasonable, imo. Just like it's not reasonable to expect cis women to behave exactly like men to deserve respect, authority, independence, etc.
