@@gabrielrenner5512 oh yeah 100%, everything I've seen or heard shows that something really started to pick up 2012+, did they get major staff changes around then or something? Edit: ooo just googled it and the rennicks joined in 2011, you can really tell
@@henwill8 yes. phantom 2006-2010 was rennick’s era there, and i might have liked it a bit better than current vanguard even though these lines play some way beefier stuff
Because they’re from the Marching Capitol of the world, California. California dominates even within its own state, fierce, imaginative moves and shows. If you come to California you gotta hit its performance shows, you will not be disappointed. Even the high school competition is like head cutting. It’s a Cali thing. Seriously California has the best bands nationwide.
@@johnnygrijalva That's so not true lol. California dominates indoor percussion, not marching bands. Indiana and Texas are the two most competitive marching band states in the country, and it's not even close
