    Get 40% off my Circle Solution e-course at bit.ly/femtribe40 ...Also: are hip circles prolapse safe? Yes, as long as you don't hold your breath! As always, tune into YOUR body and your personal core/pelvic floor needs. Stop if anything feels uncomfortable or "off" in your body. Have fun!

    10 weeks into my 2nd hip replacement, just starting this and finding it easy to follow, enjoyable and not too long, because I have not walked in 3 years so need to take it slow. Your instruction is so easy to follow.

    Thank you so much for sharing this great exercise. I’m 77 years old, trying to loosen up my stiffness. It seems to be hard to move around. But I will work at it slowly every day. This little bit is helping some already. There is a saying, that says, “If you don’t move it, you lose it .” So I will cautiously move to your instructions with prayerful gratitude for this lesson. God bless you for this treasure.

    I am a guy trying to loosen a VERY tight front and back right side of my core from an auto accident in 2010. My doggies and I, lol, have been watching the pelvic exercises. My core is so tight to the right side that I have to walk with a cane for now. Nice to virtually meet you and thanks for the great videos : )

    Hi Dr Bri!! Great to see hip circles again! I love them, used to do your circles everyday but I then forgot all about them what with the planks and the pushups and the stretches etc we are all trying to fit in! But hip circles you can really feel straightaway doing good. Putting them back on the daily agenda whilst I sashay around the kitchen methinks! 😊

    I am trying to do this every day! I feel awkward and a little uncoordinated - you make it look so effortless. But, I will get it. Have had issues with sacrum and have tight hips. I am hopefully this will help. Menopause has been...oh, so fun!

    • @vibrantpelvichealth
      @vibrantpelvichealth  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can do it! Start with small steps and stop when you feel uncomfortable. You will get better with time and consistency.

    Love this! I was intrigued by the recent trend in figure 8 and wanted to look around for reviews and trial segments to see if it was something my knees would want to do when I came across your video. Wow! I followed you during your 20 minute intro and I really liked it! I think I'm going to continue with your intro video for a week or two, to become more acquainted with the correct movements before signing up!

      Research God's time/calendar in Genesis 1:14. God MAY allow “The Powers To Be “ to enforce some type of “Sabbath Law” to see if we will keep His law or no before He delivers His scattered people from the nations. How can the true Sabbath be Friday, Saturday, Sunday, etc, if we are commanded by God in Genesis 1:14 to let the lights in heaven be for days, years, etc.? Besides, the beginning of God's months start with the new moon days. The Gregorian Calendar hanging on our walls, in our houses, do not start it’s months with the new moon day as the scriptures testify. The new moon day falls anywhere and everywhere on that time/calendar....How can the beginning of the month start in the midst of a month or, how can the first day of the month also be the seventh day Sabbath? God has three category of days, the new moon day, the six work days and the Sabbath day, they never, ever, overlaps each other. Ezekiel 46:1-3, 2 Kings 4:17-23. Look at the scriptures in Genesis 7:11, Genesis 8:4,5,13,14 and tell me what and whose time/calendar is being used here? We must abandon our traditions, stop worshiping God in vain and do things God’s way. Let us not deceive ourselves, there will be no good reward for keeping man’s doctrines in the place of what God commands. We make God's Word of none effect when we cling to our traditions. Thank you for this exercise, I am not very coordinated at all, but have always loved the hip and body part isolation moves, I think i am getting it, already sweating, might take a lot of time to see the difference as have 3 tyre belly. I am looking forward in doing this regularly. How long do you think it might take me to start seeing any change as suffer from all the problems, big belly, bladder issues and big bust and no syncronisation. I found bust move a bit difficult, when I went side to side. Thank you

      While a hula hoop can be a fun way to engage your core and hips, for precise pelvic floor exercises, it's best to follow the specific hip circle techniques demonstrated in our videos for optimal results. ~Vibrant Support

    Nice tutorial but routine looked more like practice exercise than dance. Recommend FFF "Circle Solution" (5/5/16) for vid with better dance spirit. My comment for that vid mentioned that one of my belly dance students tightened her pelvic muscles practicing wide-stance hip circles.
