Ahhhh! That was so much fun! I think of myself as very uncoordinated and usually shy away from anything dance but in the privacy of my home I laughed at myself and had fun! Hopefully I'll improve over time! I feel energised and will definitely go back to this one again. Thank you :)

Can you please recommend any exercises for me as I don't have any pelvic floor therapist near me. I think it happened to me because of prolonged sitting and not sleeping on time
