用黄豆酿造豆瓣酱Brewed bean paste with soybeans

Using Zhaotong sauce as seasoning, it can be delicious regardless of meat or vegetables. It is very troublesome to make sauce. Last year, I used the method of making Sichuan bean paste. I used the ingredients of Zhaotong sauce and soybeans to try to make bean paste. Unexpectedly, the taste is as delicious as Zhaotong sauce, and the taste is more delicate than Sichuan bean paste. It is very good to make twice-cooked pork, salt-fried pork, mapo tofu, etc., and the most important thing is simplicity.
The formula is as follows;（for reference only）
Dried soybeans 4 cups about 730 grams
Mineral water with sauce 2500g
800~900 grams of salt
Chili powder can be more or less
50 grams of SIchuan,Pepper， 30 grams each of Tsaoko powder and star anise powder
