Really confusing as LM has a beveled rubber gasket too that comes in the machine. This bevel (inner ring) is pointing up, so opposite of the silicone I believe. They look identical so why do we point the rubber tone up but the silicone down?

You don't recommend using food-grade 111 moly on the gasket on install? I thought LM recommends this?
