finally a cleaning video without dumbass commentary. thank you black rabbit <3
Good and precise explanation, nice tempo and in a friendly manner. Happy La Marzacco day.
Same for micra?
Is this process same with LM GBS?
My KB90 is not counting pulses in one group. I already changed the pulse meter and pulse count stays in 0. Checked impedance in the flow meter and looks good. Could it be a problem with the flow restrictor? I mean water seems to flow perfectly through the group. Please help!
I'd try spraying that flapper with silicone spray might keep things from sticking so fast. Also some people have reported a better experience by removing the metal flapper altogether. The E80 model only has the silicone flapper. I wonder if the flapper can be cleaned without removing the cover, by removing the pull out chute and using a small brush and getting the flapper to open. Take care
You don't recommend using food-grade 111 moly on the gasket on install? I thought LM recommends this?
Thank you so much this was unbelievably helpful!!!
You didn't mention, FIRST YOU MUST TURN THE HEATING ELEMENTS OFF & DEPRESSURIZE! Open the steam wand valves, let vacuum valve weight, gauge to zero. Let water cool and or drain tanks. Be sure to fill tanks before turning on heating elements to avoid damaging them heating dry. Take care
What is this for? My pressure goes up to 15 bar when i start turning on the machine & goes down afterward to 9 bars. If i do not want it to go up 15 bar. Is this pressure relief valve matter
Did you use old silicone flapper or the new one?
Question master what if everything is alright but the volume of water dispense not enough i mean i set 4g but the water is under like 2.5g etc…. Really feel confuse it is because of water supply? Because sometimes its on and off it happened just now lately is doing great every 30minutes i brewed 4g straight and its fine! Now its not working good after 1 brewing the 2nd brew was under 4g.
Hello my friend, I have a question: Is every new crop weighed again to determine the number of grams?
What’s the reason for doing this reset?
Never buy anything from him, you will only get a bad experience, a waste of time, and a waste of money.

Is that a Drive Like Jehu soundtrack in the background?!
Wait, whut? I'm new here, we just got this machine, its a beast, it's like a Ferrari compared to our old workhorse. I love it!
So cute 😊 👍
Nice work, love all the tech videos.
✌️ Promo-SM
Really confusing as LM has a beveled rubber gasket too that comes in the machine. This bevel (inner ring) is pointing up, so opposite of the silicone I believe. They look identical so why do we point the rubber tone up but the silicone down?
Close up of the gasket would have been helpful
Dear team, my grinder is 10 months old with very minimal use. I have an E65s GBW. After performing calibration as detailed in the video it fails to grind fine enough. This issue has been persistence for some time now. Kindly suggest what do you recommend? For reference 4 months ago I used to grind at 0.060 range and get my espresso in 30s with 18 - 36 ratio Now I am having to set the grinder at 0.020 and yet get my espresso in 20s tops So something is really off. At 0.020 setting I expect this grinder to really choke the machine Kindly suggest
When I need to do this??
I'd like to know the same.

Love the spirit!
I like this one the most!! 😊
And the burr will be free to move 😂
p̶r̶o̶m̶o̶s̶m̶ 💖
Can we get some explanation on what your doing?
Of course! We are calibrating the burr set on a Mahlkonig E-series to ensure that the grinder is at it's finest setting possible. The full how to is also listed in the video description which short's sometimes makes it hard to navigate. You can always find a fully detailed written steps with the video at our website's education resources: blackrabbitservice.com/blogs/tech-videos

👍🏻☕️👊🏻
Really though, great vid.
Great video. Cleaning my E80, today. Next, could you show us how to calibrate to Through the Fire and Flames by Dragon Force?
awesome short! thank you from The Prickly Palm in Cedar Key, Florida!
whats the purpuse of cleaning this? what does that thing do?
The flapper helps disperse espresso grounds from clumping. You should make sure to clean it regularly because like all things that come in contact with coffee they will take on residual oils and create a build up of grounds. Then your espresso can start having problems and just won't taste the best. None of us want that to happen.
Good to know I receive my H1 this Wednesday.
Great choice of a grinder! Glad to help share routine care tips.
You all rule - What a great recap!
