Hi,i followed closely these steps for my gt1749v turbo (2.0 tdi bkd) and now after cleaning if i am tighten the vanes assembly will not move at all(those 3 torx screws). I did put the spacers between and no movement. What can be the reason for no moving?

Great video ... do you know the torque setting for M4 torx bolts when fitting the vane assembly to the manifold (through the spacers) ?

Handtight Nm😁opening the 3 torx bolts upon the vanes is a scary moment as they can snap quite easily...wd40 enters the chat😁

You need to center the turbo on a bench. In certain rpm (100.000 ex) the turbo must rotate smooth. So if you dont have one, the car doesnt run so good

chra is centered from factory. you dont have to do any of that

No cartridges are balanced before sold generally

@@sullythegamer2492 Good to know, I've heard arguments about this, but it never made sense to me because people just rebuild turbos for a hybrid balancing would most likely be needed for a stock compressor swap I was 20/80 on being sure about it nice one man 💯👊🏽
