Can’t do MSG… was never good for me … now that I had heart bypass, a definitie “NO NO”… it’s really not good for you… which is why so many Chinese takeouts advertise “NO MSG” since the 90s
Pretty sure the msg thing is debunked from everything I’ve read. Never used it but pretty sure if you drink diet pop aspartame is worse for you. Not criticizing just going off what I’ve read and we all know they want to use there product so they may lie
