I made this for the people at the bar on game day and they loved it! The only problem was i made way to much, so i had a ton of leftovers...what does one do with leftovers? I took some eggs scrambled them up added the stir fry and some cheese and southwestern style salsa to them and served some amazing breakfast burritos! Thanks for the recipe! it was a huge success!
Yeah, ok, so my wife chose the recipe. We used thighs (because we had some) and added some bok choy (because it was in the fridge). The results? Another winner from CJ! Thanks Brother
We made this yesterday! Doubled everything.. just used some cajun seasoning and very little dressing … prolly one of the best things i’ve made on black stone yet!
I made this tonight. We didn't have the exact seasoning you had I used a steak seasoning nor the sear and serve (I used Italian dressing). It's a definite keeper recipe!
If guns kill people, I blame any typo from here on out on fat fingers from your recipes! Happy to have found y'all. Subscriber for sure!!! Keep it up! I'm new to the Blackstone as well as griddle top gang now!
Hey bro! So glad you found us and stuck around to watch the show. I’ll be sure to feature your comment on my New Viewers segment soon. Cheers my friend 🔔🔔🍻🍻
This is one of my favorites. Bacon was first then this. I usually make this in a big skillet now the Blackstone 36" is the place rain or shine. P.S. YES on Quigley Down Under 🙂 Thanks 4 sharing
I made this, this past Saturday. It turned out pretty good. But I didn't have any chicken thawed out so I still made it without the chicken. I used Hillshire Smoked Sausage and Johnsonville Andouille Smoked Sausage. I think the Andouille made it a bit spicy. I used Red, Yellow and Orange Bell Peppers plus some Sweet Peppers and onions.
What the big three are going Cowboy culture? Look out, next will be on location with the chuck wagon and learning the Cowboy Code. This is a great recipe, thanks CJ, you cranked it up on the wagon wheel of the Iron Lady. Like this one a lot.
I cook this a lot. I have never heard it called cowboy stir-fry. I don't put chicken in mine, but sometimes I do add cherry tomatoes and I season with potato slayer seasoning.
love the content, just got a Blackstone, and used it for the first time yesterday. Looking forward to trying this out, maybe with some flank steak instead of chicken. Now, best western, The Three Amigos!!! :)
yeah i just put together my 36" blackstone and have cooked on it two times. first after initially seasoning the grill it was simple cheeseburgers. second was some sliced marinated sirloin and yellow onions cartelized together in the finish. turned out fantastic. my only problem is temperature control and to honest you, your video didn't even address that so that tells me its all about " let it rip !! and if you smell burning start turning. either turn the food or turn the knobs" I'll take credit for that phrase because it sure seems to apply. thanks for the content , bowesy
This was excellent. And you are intertwining while still explaining very well. Plus I'm a movie , tv buff also so I get most of your references. Good reciepts. Thanks. I just rang the bell.
Shawn, so happy you found us bro! And thank you for the kind words. I’ll be sure to feature your comment on new New Viewers segment. Be watching for it! Cheers 🔔🍻
Haha so pumped you found the show! And we’ll played on the movie quote to get your point across 😆 Be watching in the coming episodes for a shoutout during my “New Viewers Segment.” Cheers my friend 🔔😂
question about heat - Even on low my blackstone tends to head up in the 400 to 500 degree range. You appear to be cooking much cooler. Do you have a temp range you are trying to maintain?
Could you give some more details on exactly what you do with and prep for the potato's. They are a part of most of meal on the Blackstone but I seem to get them just almost right. Share your recipe
So I would go about potatoes two ways. The easiest is to par cook them in the microwave for a bit to soften them up. This makes your cook time on the griddle much quicker. Or like I did in this episode, steam and a dome are your best friends lol Also, if you cut them up into smaller bites they’ll cook quicker. For me, repetition was the winner. Cooking with trial and error is part of the journey, we’ll for me at least 😂
That scoop will be mine just could of hard to find here in Chicago. I find myself always checking Walmart, Lowe’s, and Ace each have different things that the one might not have and have to check multiple stores. So not only getting as many accessories to satisfy my blackstone addiction, but the hunt in finding them has become a thing 😂.
There's a Crystal hot sauce with garlic. It has a gold top and I literally have to stop myself from taking shots of it LOL.. I hope yall can find it, as it's readily available here in South Louisiana. God bless brothers.
Bro, I’ve gotta look for that! Lol honestly it’s probably available here I just naturally gravitate to the classic. Cheers my friend, and God bless you!
I need to keep it very low carb for me, just wondering if it would be good if I omitted the potatoes? I suppose I could pick it out of my serving and the fam could eat the taters, just wondering your thoughts? Also, what temp you cooking everything at? If I missed where you said it, my apologies.
Now this is a Camp cook meal for sure. Nothing better then a simple yet delicious dish idea to feed the crew out in the woods! Been following you channel for a while. First time I have comment. Love the movie inserts too. Blazing saddles camp fire scene would have been a good one to use for this video! Haha.
So first off, so glad you finally commented! Love to hear that you’re a king time fan of the show. And secondly, yes, this is an easy one to feed a lot by the camp fire! Cheers Al! 🍻🍻🔔🔔
"DANG"...I plan on making this for the fam this weekend!!!!!....looks delicious ....also I just got a bell for my outside kitchen and the 1st time I ring it will be for you and Nate and Ethan....you guys rock!!!!! also tell Nate his wings looked legit

Mad props for the Biggie Smalls drop too! Epic!! Keep up the excellent and hard work CJ. Btw, wasn’t Lippy’s show something like 4 minutes and 28 seconds long this week? We roll with the 15+ minute shows over here! RINBI!!!!!
Had to do a name change like I'm repackaged pro wrestler. It's your boy Chris Kassner! Might be time to transfer to our facility in Groveland so I can apply my skills to be on the show. It is on our list of dishes to make now!
Dannnnnnng. That looks so good!
McClintock and Quigley are a couple of incredible pulls. Classics.

These are the kind of comments I love to get!! Way to crush it!!
@@CJ_Frazier Id use blackstone seasonings...I just cant find them!
Looks awesome. I will be giving this a try. Another classic western is "Maverick".
I made this tonight. We didn't have the exact seasoning you had I used a steak seasoning nor the sear and serve (I used Italian dressing). It's a definite keeper recipe!
Good call on the Italian dressing! And I love to hear that you’re enjoying this one. Cheers my friend 🔔🍻

Nicely done Charles!! Sometimes we just have to wing it with what we have in the fridge. Cheers to a job well done buddy 🙌🏼🔔🔔🍻🍻
I make something just like that at deer camp but I use Mexican sausage potatoes onion 3 eggs and cover with cheese soo good

CJ that looks like a simple and easy dish. I love cowboy cooking. Zeb and I will have to make this.
Hey there Mr. Alllgood! The simplicity of this one is money. And yes, you and Zeb for sure need to. He’s a good dude 🔔🔔🍻🍻

This one looks really good. Gonna do this one for the boys on the Fire Department. Love the show. Keep ringing and bringing.
Yes!!! Your crew will love it!! I need to see photos of you and your boys crushing it on your blackstone!
That looks delicious! Tabasco is the bottom of the hot sauce list to me!
Same here Josh. It’s good, but not my top 3 by any means.

Cowboys eat beef but this still looks delicious!!! Might want to rename!!!
My wife and daughter weren't too big on the sausage so I switched it with shrimp. Pretty tasty as well.

Gracias Mi amigo!
Crystal RULES! Tabasco drools!
😂 agreed
Looks amazing. I’d rather have any other hot sauce than the spicy vinegar of Tabasco.
What is the BS table left of you flat top? Where is it available? Thanks, Jim
I can’t find the loaded Italian sear and serve … what would you use instead?
What is the sauce you poured on? Thanks.
What is the sauce you poured on? Couldn't quite catch it.

What heat setting did you have your griddle for the cowboy stir fry?
Crystal Hot Sauce all Day! Only a nerd would think that Tabasco sauce could compete with Crystals!
Yup, I don’t disagree at all! Lol cheers
That looks pretty damn good.
Looks like something I would definately cook.
