    I used bottle of windshield wiper, never knew it can get this heavy. Love the workout.

    My birds looked at me, why are you carrying our food in all directions? 😂 that was the only heavy thing I got! Thank you Kayla! I used to look at your videos MANY years ago, and stopped for a while. Absolutely still love how you combine these exercises! Not many work out videos make me sweat but yours sure do! 👏🏽

    I've been working out for over 7 years now , at all different levels of fitness and 2 births in that time, all different types of work outs and programs and I gotta say... This makes me sweat something else, this totally hits different!!

    Thank you for posting this 30 mins whole body workout for public viewing. There are many of us who benefit from this free workout videos. I like your videos because they are uncluttered, and you are not pushing other products. It is also very refreshing to hear you speak proper English, un peppered by "like" and "you know".     Hola! acabo de lanzarme a hacer ejercicio después de meses sin entrenar (desde diciembre) por mi tratamiento de quimio y les juro que se puede! tengo 10 kgs de más y espero retornar a mi peso de antes con sólo 30 min al día!!! vamos!!!

    Thanks for a great and varied full body workout, with good variations - and I used a 1 kg dumbbell :) But I did not like the blasting music as it made me feel anxious. Do you have more calm music in some of your other similar workouts?

    I loved the workout but hate the way the adverts appear in the middle of an exercise! Very annoying. Other channels I have used time the ads to be in the break between circuits, so they don't interrupt the flow. I had to keep getting up to skip ads.

    Loved it... Sweating n it feels so good my lil one's about to turn 2.. n i got through it with a lil modification on the pushup only ❤️ though can someone tell me how much gap does one have to give after a meal and this workout? (Super awesome if kayla could answer herself) 😊

    Good workout, would appreciate the timer starting a few seconds in for transition. I miss almost 3-5 seconds each time, especially from floor to standing.

      This can be different person to person. A heart rate monitor may be a good way to track this :)
