    I’ve been working out at home for more than three years now. This is one the best strength workouts I’ve ever seen. It doesn’t increase the heart rate as much as an intense HIIT (obviously!😁) but each muscle group is activated perfectly during this 45min!

    I did the whole training. At halfway my floor was wet of the sweat. This training and i am a men is pretty hard. But i did it!! Time to get a nice cold shower

      I think it depends on wether you are an endomorphe, mesomorphe and another type of body I don’t remember the name of (type this one in the research bar and it will pop up☺️), also consistency in both working out and eating the right foods, and if after a few moth you see no change I would consider going to the doctor and get yourself checked for thyroid or insulin resistance etc. But consistently is key, you have to keep going and not expecting results overnight because it will happen after a few months, also sleep and stress play a big role ☺️

      Genetics can play a role but in general you only will get bulky by 1. eating in a caloric surplus, meaning eating more calories for your body to use in recovery. And 2. Increasing "load on the muscles" (difficulty) overtime.
      Generally to get bulky you would find an exercise you can repeat only 8-15 times. Rest for 1-2 minutes then repeat again 3-5 times. For example, if you are squatting you would find a weight that is challenging enough for you to only be able to do for 8-15 . You would then rest 1-2 minutes and repeat 8-15 squats and the rest again for a total of 3-5 "sets". This breaks down ons type of muscle fibre effectively and when they repair they are bigger. But if you don't eat in a surplus your muscles won't want to grow and the amount of weight you can lift in the squat won't go up.
      This form of exercise in the video is cardio and endurance based which can make you bulky as well if you are in a caloric surplus and pushing your muscles. But you can adapt quicker to it so you will need to do more overtime or add more difficulty/weight to get bulky. The type of muscle fibres being built with this style of workout also don't grow as large.
      If you look at the difference between an long distance runner and a 100m sprinter in the Olympics, that can be a good example of showing the difference in the type of muscle fibres that are being used and the appearance of them.
