Hi Kayla M a big fan of urs.. i just love watching u workout.. i wish i could do as well. M having slipped disc issue and can't work out and not even exertion from daily routine. Can u make some workout program for people like me? Disc problem is increasing at a fast pace. So it will be helpful for a lot of people who wanna work out gaining w8 but can't do much. Any safe program for us?
In the middle of your workout , it always jumps to the next video , this happens only on this workout video ! i absolutely love your workouts , it's just a bit annoying, was wondering if I'm the only one? ❤
I wish there weren't so quick changes between the movements. I had to pause the video at each changes to be able to switch position. It became rather a 20 workout for me.

Are there modifications I could do for the opening warm up? I can't put weight on my right wrist at all due to an issue with my joints.

She has absolutely No waist no glutes no quads or hamstrings. That’s why her workouts are not the best form of exercise.
