What Is A Hoover & Why You Must NEVER Accept It

Today’s topic, I answer what “being hoovered” or “receiving a hoover” from a narcissist really means and some tips on how to deal with it- which includes NOT caving into the narcissist and their demands and/or entitlement to “rekindle” the relationship, which will only set you farther BACK in recovery..
It’s not always easy to do but sometimes you must do things that help you and that DON’T hurt you. The narcissist you’re probably thinking of right now would never, and will never, objectively speaking, have your best interests at heart- or anyone else’s for that matter. We were just mere sources of supply at the time, but we know better than that now..hopefully.
