If you’re new to my channel, welcome. Today I emphasize why it’s crucial to NOT explain yourself to the narcissist/s!!
These people cannot, will not be reasoned with despite one’s best efforts to do so. It will not work; it becomes fruitless. Respond by remaining silent, walking away, and not being a part of their drama.

What Im coming to learn about trying to stay a nice person while in a narcissistic relationship is that, the world my constantly reassure you how grateful they are for your kindness but the person that you pour into regularly spits on it so much you make think your not or their is no point in expressing that part of yourself
