I’ve took steering column loose. Remove four bolts on top, bracket at console and Bolt for each side behind kick panels. My dash still won’t move. Amy other bolts I’m missing
It's a pressurized system where an empty tank is for the air pressure and collection of Xtra antifreeze in case of over heating. As the system doesn't have a hose that just drains down the side of the radiator like many vehicles do for the relief of air pressure in a non pressurized system does.
We did a heatercore replacement, when we put everything back the turn signal fuse blows as soon as we put it in reverse ,and also seems to a airflow problem, can you help?
Ok check your wiring around your steering column and make sure no wires are pinched in between anything! As far as air flow turn your heater on high and defrost than feel around under the dash if you feel air then the duct work or box might not be assembled completely. Let me know if you find anything!
I got them from Cornwell but they are exactly the same as the Bluepoint you can get from Snapon just a little cheaper. If you google Hose clamp pliers they have different styles. That way you might find something cheaper or better in not they should be on Cornwell’s site.
It was posted online with the issue and when I went to test drive it it was obvious! The windshield would fog near the vents and you could smell it! It was actually a small leak there was no puddling in the heater box or real loss of coolant from the reservoir. If your having fog and smell coolant chances are it’s the core it seams to be a common issue with these.
Definitely looks interesting sure do like the help
Does this prevent having to take the dash out?
Tech wizard...thank u😂

Why does the coolant overflow reservoir have an empty side to it on the right of it?
