Dr Sudha Seshayyan does not leave the problem touch and go. In many of the popular TV Channels, on similar programmes they are not this details in reply. Dr.Sudha because of her experiences in Medical colleges, and as VC, I think cleared the doubts adequately on Digestive track. Fantastic Doctor. Very much benefitted. Thanks.

Dr. Your guidelines are really good. I feel coffee is creating the stomach aggression, but couldn't avoid mid day black coffee. Being vegetarian will complete dinner by 6.30 pm and breakfast by 10.30 am. Mid day coffee at 12noon and plan to have tea by 4pm to reduce mid afternoon hunger . Trying to follow 16 hours intermittent fasting . Sleep by 10am
How to keep your mind well is not the tiopic i wanted.But as a Doctor pl advise what medicines one should take for various stomach problem.A Gastroenterologist will explain better.Today all vegetables,grains oil everythink has chemical and pesticides.what to do eat them or Not.Advise people not to take dugar,jaggery ehich will mske you a Sugar patient.Dont eat too much sweets.Thus is the advice we want to know.T.S.KANNAN MUMBAI 73 YEARS.....😮
