It is a great one off guide for learning how to survive any crisis without the hard work. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my best friend Jordan after many years got great success with it.
Sounds so shallow but having a pretty water bottle for me is so important! Mine serves as a decoration for my office desk too :) Before, I barely drank even half a bottle a day, but now I'm up to 2 bottles and slowly increasing it as I go along. Those LIFEWTR bottles look pretty too, wish we had them here in the UK!
Are those bottles plastic? If so, I totally agree with drinking more water but I'm not down for using more disposable plastic bottles to float around in the ocean. If you drank 2.5 of those a day that would be 1000 bottles a year that could be avoided by refilling a steel or glass water bottle. Just my honest and supportive opinion that you could partner with some more eco-friendly brands. Cheers!

What helps me is getting either a fun or pretty water bottle. I personally love squeeze bottles. I have a green Gatorade squeeze bottles and it helps motivate me drink more water!
my No.1 tip is to drink water with straw (or get a bottle with straw!), cuz using straw is much easier than lifting the bottle up, and it almost costs you zero effort to quickly consume a lot of water. Everytime I use straw I'll just finish a whole big bottle very soon.
Another tip: sometimes with meals I prefer drinking juices or iced tea. Last summer, I decided to cut those things out and replace them with flavored seltzer waters with zero calories. So if you're looking for a beverage besides plain water, you can opt out for sparkling water too! :)
I struggled with drinking a good amount of water, then I got dengue fever the doctor made me drink lots of water and eat more fruits and veggies (I got scared of my platelets dropping lower, so I drank lots of water), within 3 days I got my platelet up again, now I make sure to drink water!

The tip about drinking water before every meal - I've read it should be about 30 minutes before in order to help with digestion. (If you drink water to soon before a meal it dilutes digestive juices. And waiting about an hour after a meal to drink water gives adequate time for those juices to do their work. I've done a lot of research on this, lol!)

I love water but just feel like drinking more of it is super unpractical because I literally have to go to the toilet all the time if I drink even close to that much water... to the point where it really controls my life since all I'm ever doing is looking for a toilet :( so i now I just drink when I eat although I know that I should drink more :/
Soittolista96 Your body actually gets used to the high water intake 😊 I drink 4 litres a day and I'm pretty used to it now and don't go to the toilet much more than most people.
it's true. it helps if you work in an office or home so you always have access to a restroom. but yeah I agree with Nina, your body will get used to the higher water intake!

Just did the test too and got the same result. It says per hour though so take that number times 24h. I think they split it up because chugging lots of water at once and hardly drinking anything throughout the day is unhealthy. But it's definitely confusing that way

*Well..its very hard for me to drink water bc I'm used to drinking sodas,sweet teas,and other unhealthy drinks but I realize if u haven't drunk water there's a chance u can get diabetic and I can break out more pimples so tysm for this
I do not know if this is legit, but I have read that it is actually not good to drink water before or throughout the meal because it makes your stomach cold and makes digestion more difficult. That is why warm soup before main course is pretty important. Otherwise cool tips! I have huge problems with drinking water, I simply do not get thirsty! I get a headache before getting thirsty :D

Love your hair! =) Great tips! I set myself the goal of replacing the carbonated drinks i usually drink with water this year. So far I've found tracking my water intake & removing the temptation the biggest help in meeting this new years resolution. Now I only drink water at home (which is the majority of my time being i work from home) bc that's all I have available to me when I get thirsty & drink alternatives when I go out to eat. Drinking more water has made such a positive difference in my skin texture. That said it's not changed my preference/taste buds if soda is available I'll go for the soda so the key to my success is not adding it to my groceries. lol
I hate drinking water, I have a really small bladder so when I drink a bit, I need the bathroom. It's gotten to the point to where for the past few weeks I only drank two-three small cups a day. It's good to pick regular times to drink water, but drinking a lot of water before a meal can actually lower the concentration of your stomach acid, which makes digestion slower and uncomfortable. Just something to watch out for :)
2.5 liters sounds like a lot (unless you do a lot of exercise). I don't think it is necessary to overdo it, and I feel a lot of people do just that. The 91 ounces recommendation for women from the Institute of medicine includes the water you get from foods and other beverages, not just water drinking intake. Every "calculator" I have used ends up recommending me around 1.4 liters (47 ounces) and I am pretty average height and weight. Of course I am aware it all depends on body type, level of activity and even weather conditions.
Hey for anyone watching this in 2019 who isn't motivated enough to drink water: your vertebral discs are often the most dehydrated part of your body and that leads to damage, that leads to back pain. It is irreversible! So if you often have back pains, try drinking more water, because there's no way, once it's damaged, to make it healthy again. Hope this motivates you as much as it did for me!❤

I loved this video! Very creative tips, I never would have thought of them. I will definitely be trying all 10! I think for the hair tie tip I'll even use one hair tie per glass of water needed. I find it very hard to drink enough water a day. I actually barley drink any. But I also go to the restroom a lot which makes me avoid drinking water as well. I also always feel like there is a little bit of urine left right after I pee. 😥 If anyone knows why that is please leave a reply.
Those bottles are absolutely gorgeous ! I have a bunch of tricks to get myself to drink more water, but I had never seen the toilet one and I found it pretty clever ! ^^ I remember Wengie in one of her videos suggested to place your water bottle (obviously not too heavy one lol) on top of your mobile phone, this way, each time you grab it to check Facebook or messages, you need to pick up the bottle and are reminded to drink a few sips. :)
What do you mean by pure, filtered water in english? Because water is very important for mineral intake as well ( I'm a student of Food Science and Technology in Italy). I'm using a glass bottle with a plastic cover to go to university and we collect water in my house in the mountains every two week before heading back to city. I love that water 🙌😚
+Ludusse oh that is so nice!! We have a water filtering system (reverse osmosis) at home so it's really great water. Otherwise, using something like a Brita filter is also filtered water too :)

My country doesn't have life water but the nice design definitely would've made me curious to try it! I've found that different brands have such different taste so it's important to find the ones that I really like. Sometimes it's not water that I don't like but it's the specific brand!
try electrolytes if i’m not wrong they help you stay hydrated if your really dehydrated. don’t drink gatorade cause it’s full of sugar try to buy other kinds of water with electrolytes. i like to buy pure electrolytes and add it to juice.
tip for tip1: do not drink water u setted ready in the evening, for the morning. When you wake up you should drink fresh water, and not that water u placed yesterday evening on your night table. Water could get old aswell, even faster then other food. In the night the water becomes old, and bacteria has a new place to stay. Do not do this, even you think it is fresh, and healty, no. Just go fill your glass with fresh water.

ayurveda says one should not drink directly after expelling, or you'll expell again too fast. reason is the water holding muscles are not yet ready to hold. so alternative is to try to drink a bot later or before washroom. even though we feel like drinking exactly after! :) it's a tough task i know...

Using a big water bottle/ 1 ltr bottle was a big failure to me, it scared me like hell as too much of water i have to finish . So i tried using 250 ml/one glass sized water bottle by chance and it worked like wonder. I drink 10-12 bottles of that 250ml that means minimum 10-12 glasses of water. 🤩

One tip I always use is the ad play.. What this is everytime a ad comes on a video I drink water till it's over and it really helps

The 91 ounces recommendation for women from the Institute of medicine includes the water you get from foods and other beverages, not just water drinking intake. Every "calculator" I have used ends up recommending me around 1.4 liters (47 ounces) and I am pretty average height and weight. Of course I am aware it all depends on body type, level of activity and even weather conditions.

Hey for anyone watching this in 2019 who isn't motivated enough to drink water: your vertebral discs are often the most dehydrated part of your body and that leads to damage, that leads to back pain. It is irreversible! So if you often have back pains, try drinking more water, because there's no way, once it's damaged, to make it healthy again. Hope this motivates you as much as it did for me!❤

I think for the hair tie tip I'll even use one hair tie per glass of water needed. I find it very hard to drink enough water a day. I actually barley drink any. But I also go to the restroom a lot which makes me avoid drinking water as well. I also always feel like there is a little bit of urine left right after I pee. 😥 If anyone knows why that is please leave a reply.

Those bottles are absolutely gorgeous ! I have a bunch of tricks to get myself to drink more water, but I had never seen the toilet one and I found it pretty clever ! ^^ I remember Wengie in one of her videos suggested to place your water bottle (obviously not too heavy one lol) on top of your mobile phone, this way, each time you grab it to check Facebook or messages, you need to pick up the bottle and are reminded to drink a few sips. :)

I tried the calculator but I am really young and the lowest weight was 90 lbs. I am 62! The age was 13, younger than that. Besides that, great video!
This actually works!!!! I used to drink only one glass but know I drink water every 15 minutes after I’ve tried theses hacks.

What do you mean by pure, filtered water in english? Because water is very important for mineral intake as well ( I'm a student of Food Science and Technology in Italy). I'm using a glass bottle with a plastic cover to go to university and we collect water in my house in the mountains every two week before heading back to city. I love that water 🙌😚
+Ludusse oh that is so nice!! We have a water filtering system (reverse osmosis) at home so it's really great water. Otherwise, using something like a Brita filter is also filtered water too :)

I binge watched AHS at some point and I watched it on Hulu but I didn't have a subscription or whatever and like everytime an adult would come on I'd drink water.... That was the most hydrated I'd ever been

you can also take a marker and write the times of the day so for ample by 2pm u know how much water u should have drank.

My country doesn't have life water but the nice design definitely would've made me curious to try it! I've found that different brands have such different taste so it's important to find the ones that I really like. Sometimes it's not water that I don't like but it's the specific brand!

try electrolytes if i’m not wrong they help you stay hydrated if your really dehydrated. don’t drink gatorade cause it’s full of sugar try to buy other kinds of water with electrolytes. i like to buy pure electrolytes and add it to juice.

tip for tip1: do not drink water u setted ready in the evening, for the morning. When you wake up you should drink fresh water, and not that water u placed yesterday evening on your night table. Water could get old aswell, even faster then other food. In the night the water becomes old, and bacteria has a new place to stay. Do not do this, even you think it is fresh, and healty, no. Just go fill your glass with fresh water.

ayurveda says one should not drink directly after expelling, or you'll expell again too fast. reason is the water holding muscles are not yet ready to hold. so alternative is to try to drink a bot later or before washroom. even though we feel like drinking exactly after! :) it's a tough task i know...

Using a big water bottle/ 1 ltr bottle was a big failure to me, it scared me like hell as too much of water i have to finish . So i tried using 250 ml/one glass sized water bottle by chance and it worked like wonder. I drink 10-12 bottles of that 250ml that means minimum 10-12 glasses of water. 🤩
