Hey just wanted to throw this out there to help you out with your affirmations. The key is to believe you already have it as when you think or speak, say it to be so. For example, instead of saying “I’m gonna be financially free”, say “I am financially free”, “I have a happy family”, “I help my parents”, etc etc. I see a lot of people doing this and I always want to help them out and tell them what I’m telling you. It makes the whole difference in whether you are manifesting your dreams or not. If you keep saying “I’m going to be financially free”, then you’re telling the universe that it’s always going to be in your future, but you aren’t actually going to get it. Does that make sense? So the way you say these things is soooo important! I used to make the same mistakes and trust me, it does make a huge difference! Good luck to you! ❤️
Instead of saying "i can't afford", Say "I can afford this thing, but I'm going to choose to spend myoney on something else right now"! Hoped this helped 🌟

For those people asking. Before you do this you should check whether or not your wish to change your body comes from a positive place or not. A TH-camr called Koze did a good video about body image recently. As a beginner (if you are) I'd try manifesting things like a positive surprise today, finding 5 bucks, receiving kind words etc, just little things to strengthen your trust into manifestation. Because the most powerful technic in my opinion to manifesting good looks is trust in yourself/the manifestation and most importantly to accept and love yourself exactly as you are. For my skin I did nothing more than deeply loving it and it cleared up in a day! The most beautiful thing is that if you love yourself alot you don't even care about manifesting anything about your looks. It just happens and at the end of the day you are just thankful for the amazingness of the body not its looks. Focus on your selflove and personal development and everything will be fine. Just a warning for anyone reading this and want to manifest the same thing. I manifested to get skinner and I lost 10 pounds in a month, not healthy whats so ever!! My manifestation came from a negative place there for I got a negative outcome please be cautious of your intentions

I would like to add a correction- A thought comes first.. and when you've been thinking about it or been believing it for a long time it becomes a belief. Eg: If you just have a thought once that you are a lucky person.. it doesnt make much difference. But if you keep thinking the same thought over and over again it starts creating as it becomes your belief. So yeah I noticed she was saying everything begins with your beliefs, which is wrong.. it begins with a thought that you keep thinking and it forms a belief and according to that belief you carry on other thoughts related to that in life and attract things according to your beliefs. The Law of Attraction really does work! I remember it was last year when i manifested getting into my dream university and I had very low confidence at first because unlike most of the students at my high school, I wasn't registered at a review center (it's one of the most prestigious unis in my country). But then i started believing in myself, I acted as if i already had what I wanted, sticked to the process and stayed positive! Of course I took action. I did it by motivating myself and constantly putting work by means of self-reviewing for my entrance exam! Just a few months ago this year, I got an email saying that I made it! And as i looked for my general testing performance, I was surprised when I scored MORE than i thought! I WAS IN SHOCK and was crying with so much hapiness! So if i can manifest, you can too! I just wanted to share... I use to suffer with depression. Like bad, contemplated suicide bad. For years. When I discovered The Secret...and thought manifestation. It made sense to me. And I tried something different, which transformed me. 1. I thought of a clear picture what I wanted. What happiness looked like to me. I wrote it down and dated it 5 years in the future. I wrote it in present tense. And I wrote how thankful I was for each thing listed, and went into detail how I enjoy it. (the universe certainly responded to my gratitude of things I was already thankful for, which I didn't have yet.) 2. I tell myself "I love you." In the mirror. Over and over again. First time I did it, I cried happy, joyful, and sad tears all at once. It was the most powerful thing I have done. And in 30 years of life, of all the people I've looked directly in the eye and said I love you - I never once told myself that. 3. I wrote an affirmation statement, updated it as I grew. I read it once everyday, (sometimes more) and my latest version was 9/28/18. 4. I keep a gratitude journal. At first it started, because the Power suggested it. And it's true - if you are truly grateful of what you have, what you have the ability to do, etc. You definitely will receive more. Energy responds to gratitude. And every time, I wrote in my journal; the things I was grateful for. Even on my days when it was hard to find something... I forced myself to do it. I am so transformed now. And it's beautiful. I wish I learned all this much earlier in life, but I think I wouldn''t have appreciated it as much as I do. And I promise myself to teach my child and step kids self love, the power of gratitude, and manifestation. Law of Attraction absolutely works. We can vibrate to higher frequencies.

Tiny Reader there comes a point in life where u realise u are only chasing the positive to get away from the negative. As a result ur basically saying to yourself your only going to be with it when u feel good. Which is the same thing ur parents did whenever u were angry or upset they told u not to be negative. So shadow work is diving into the negative, emotions, beleifs and subconscious to bring the light of awareness to it to integrate/transmute it. Otherwise u will always live in polarity of positive and negative, and u would have coped with life, u would never have been brave enough to actually live life on earth, whatever the present moment brings, allow it to be. I wanted to manifest winning a contest on instagram, I entered, did a guided meditation, praticed gratitude and visualized and when I woke up an checked on istagram i saw the red notifcation dot and saw I've got a new dm, I felt so excited in this moment, I knew I would win, I did what my gut told me to do and I believed and when I opened the dm, I instantly jumped around very excited and told my boyfriend about this and he happily cheered with me. My parents are proud of me. My dogs are happy and healthy. I have met BTS. I have been to 10 BTS concerts in front row. LOA is working so well for me. UPDATE! (Actual reality) I’ve been to 15 bts concerts, I’m going to a bts fansign, I’ve dropped about 20-30 pounds, and I’m now a medium/small size, my dogs are happy and healthy! I just got approved for a beautiful little studio apartment in san jose with tons of natural light, a little balcony, clean hardwood floors, and an updated kitchen and bathroom. Its an easy train ride/walk away from my campus and a safe area, I even made a friend in the building and we go to the gym together! Best part is I can afford to live alone, do my thing, and have privacy YAYYYY!!!!

I am 70 years old, married and having a son. When I was 12 my college life was stopped and brought to my village school. With much difficulty passing High school I helped my father in our estate. As my elder brother and younger sister were educated and were given in marriage selling our dad’s lady fields. As I was working and it was promised it is for me. After Dad’s death my mom sold it and I was left behind without any thing. My brother and sister settled in foreign countries. My plight was just living for survival. I had been a good Christian. Now I realized I have wasted my life going to church and believing what they taught. After following your meditation I feel a change in me. I have been praying for a house for many years but no sign of anything happening. Pls do guid me for a better tomorrow. I believe Universe will provide all my needs very soon. I can happily say I’m still sober and have never felt better, managed to release an EP back in March and things are definitely improving in my life, despite everything that’s going on right now in the world I am feeling a million times better than I was when I first wrote this comment!

I would like to add a correction-
A thought comes first.. and when you've been thinking about it or been believing it for a long time it becomes a belief.
Eg: If you just have a thought once that you are a lucky person.. it doesnt make much difference. But if you keep thinking the same thought over and over again it starts creating as it becomes your belief.
So yeah I noticed she was saying everything begins with your beliefs, which is wrong.. it begins with a thought that you keep thinking and it forms a belief and according to that belief you carry on other thoughts related to that in life and attract things according to your beliefs.
Thoughts create your beliefs- Beliefs create your reality.

The Law of Attraction really does work! I remember it was last year when i manifested getting into my dream university and I had very low confidence at first because unlike most of the students at my high school, I wasn't registered at a review center (it's one of the most prestigious unis in my country). But then i started believing in myself, I acted as if i already had what I wanted, sticked to the process and stayed positive! Of course I took action. I did it by motivating myself and constantly putting work by means of self-reviewing for my entrance exam! Just a few months ago this year, I got an email saying that I made it! And as i looked for my general testing performance, I was surprised when I scored MORE than i thought! I WAS IN SHOCK and was crying with so much hapiness! So if i can manifest, you can too! Hope this inspires anyone at the moment!💓

I AM with the person I love. We travel the world together, we cuddle and pamper ourselves. We are so happy together!
I just wanted to share... I use to suffer with depression. Like bad, contemplated suicide bad. For years. When I discovered The Secret...and thought manifestation. It made sense to me. And I tried something different, which transformed me.
1. I thought of a clear picture what I wanted. What happiness looked like to me. I wrote it down and dated it 5 years in the future. I wrote it in present tense. And I wrote how thankful I was for each thing listed, and went into detail how I enjoy it. (the universe certainly responded to my gratitude of things I was already thankful for, which I didn't have yet.)
2. I tell myself "I love you." In the mirror. Over and over again. First time I did it, I cried happy, joyful, and sad tears all at once. It was the most powerful thing I have done. And in 30 years of life, of all the people I've looked directly in the eye and said I love you - I never once told myself that.
3. I wrote an affirmation statement, updated it as I grew. I read it once everyday, (sometimes more) and my latest version was 9/28/18.
4. I keep a gratitude journal. At first it started, because the Power suggested it. And it's true - if you are truly grateful of what you have, what you have the ability to do, etc. You definitely will receive more. Energy responds to gratitude. And every time, I wrote in my journal; the things I was grateful for. Even on my days when it was hard to find something... I forced myself to do it.
I am so transformed now. And it's beautiful. I wish I learned all this much earlier in life, but I think I wouldn''t have appreciated it as much as I do. And I promise myself to teach my child and step kids self love, the power of gratitude, and manifestation.

Tiny Reader there comes a point in life where u realise u are only chasing the positive to get away from the negative. As a result ur basically saying to yourself your only going to be with it when u feel good. Which is the same thing ur parents did whenever u were angry or upset they told u not to be negative. So shadow work is diving into the negative, emotions, beleifs and subconscious to bring the light of awareness to it to integrate/transmute it. Otherwise u will always live in polarity of positive and negative, and u would have coped with life, u would never have been brave enough to actually live life on earth, whatever the present moment brings, allow it to be. Then, u find ur way to wholeness

I just got approved for a beautiful little studio apartment in san jose with tons of natural light, a little balcony, clean hardwood floors, and an updated kitchen and bathroom. Its an easy train ride/walk away from my campus and a safe area, I even made a friend in the building and we go to the gym together! Best part is I can afford to live alone, do my thing, and have privacy YAYYYY!!!!

As my elder brother and younger sister were educated and were given in marriage selling our dad’s lady fields. As I was working and it was promised it is for me. After Dad’s death my mom sold it and I was left behind without any thing. My brother and sister settled in foreign countries. My plight was just living for survival. I had been a good Christian. Now I realized I have wasted my life going to church and believing what they taught. After following your meditation I feel a change in me. I have been praying for a house for many years but no sign of anything happening. Pls do guid me for a better tomorrow. I believe Universe will provide all my needs very soon.
