Wow parts are really expensive in US. Control arms in UK are like maybe £50-70 think that’s about $90 or something? Amazing car and love the work you’ve done!!
Wouldn't this be more than an F82 M4? I decided I wanted handling so I went from a 435i to an M4. Only thing done is catless downpipes, MHD stage2+ E30 map and it's closer to 600hp in a chassi that's amazing and so far ahead of the F3x

Since i was 16 i always dreamed of owning an sw20 mr2 with work meister s1s. Now im 36 years old i still dont own either lol but i still love the look of work meisters.
love the build man, i have a 340i xdrive that i want to get to a good place power wise and keep it running for a while. what maintence do you recommend? like sooner spark plugs, any gasket changes every few 10,s of thousand miles, obviously sooner oil change intervals. and do you use 0w20 with this sorta setup or 0w30

I have a stock 440i, will be getting mhd stage 1 and xhp, do I need to swap out the run flat tyres? And anything else thatll need changing? Also will i need to unlock my DME first?
@@durin23 b58 does not have oil starvation issues. The 1 trick a B58 has is it's easier to mod, cheaper to mod, sounds better, and has been faster in every race metric. I guess that's just one.
@@kern417 on track b58 does have oil starvation issues,the non tu versions,the piston ringlands are weak high 11:0 comp dont help,most dont do turbo upgrade and bolt on for bolt on s55 demolishes one trick pony b58,on track its too funny even to compare against s55 chassis,but youre right it is cheaper you get what you pay for i guess

i currently run 5w30. regular maintenance intervals are good for most people

It's not the muffler its the muffler delete piping. We painted it black to make it less visible but sometimes you can still see it

you need to swap out the spark plugs that's about it. stock tire is fine for stage 1.
majority of the time your Tuner will unlock your DME... extra cost tho

So with this type of mods why not an m4 over a 440i? Prefere the b58 over the s55?
S55 stock would be slower vs the 440 how it's built now. To build the S55 probably cost 2x as much too.
Like I said I'd rather have a modified 440i than a stock M4. And I'm not a fan of the S55.
