to clarify - 10,000 ISO works better at 12,800 meaning have it set to 12,800 and instead of using ND, or you want deeper shadow detail at 12,800, 10,000 is nice?
At 10,000 we found it better to set the base ISO12,800. The ND was to balance the exposure. In a dark situation where 10,000 is needed, we would manually set the base ISO to 12800 instead of auto base ISO
