@@lordbouzas3640 I’m aware. I’ve heard the beauty of a F1 V10 in person as well. It doesn’t change the fact that V10’s sound fantastic. No need to boast.
@@Mclaren_Mercedes_MP4_16 Nah, the Judd is perfectly even firing. I say it's the perfect mix of even and odd sounding because 10 cylinders for the whole engine is an even number, but 5 cylinders per bank is an odd number. So much like a cross-plane V8 (which is odd firing within the banks, but even firing overall and with an even amount of cylinders for the whole engine AND between banks), or a V or Inline 6 with divorced manifolds (or an H-pipe) you kinda get two kinds of engine harmony at once. This is my theory on why inline 4s and flat-plane V8s without an X pipe or single exit sound the most boring unless you rev the everloving piss out of them, with even a 3-cylinder doing better than basic economy inline-4s. Basically, having SOME form of oddness in your engine's production of exhaust pulses will make it sound more interesting and dynamic.
yeah i share this opinion. when talking about 4 strokes, 1 cylinder you can't do much in terms of sound cause it's just one firing interval that makes sense but i think it's a good sound for off road bikes or karts. 2 cylinder boring when even firing. 3 cylinder nice even when firing. 4 cylinder boring when even firing unless extremely high revs. 5 cylinder nice even when even firing. 6 cylinder nice even when even firing. 8 cylinder boring when even firing without crossover pipe. uneven firing 8 cylinder always sounds nice. 10 cylinder - uneven firing bothers me because 5 cylinder sound. even firing heavenly. 12 cylinder - the only thing better than a 10 cylinder lol. what a sound. ofc assuming the 10 and 12 cylinder are even firing/have an exhaust that makes them even firing and have some crossover pipe. other cylinder numbers i won't mention as they are way too exotic/not in cars.
so to conclude uneven cylinder numbers sounds nice and exciting even when even firing, and from 6 cylinders above even an even firing engine will sound great.
@@Chris-cy3uq I think 12s are good with or without crossovers, but 10s not so much unless insane revs like an F1. Even firing 8 cylinder also sounds good without crossover if very high revs, like F1. Though I think an F1 flat-plane V8 with a crossover would be the overall best sound that ever COULD come out of an F1 car because I've simulated V10 and V12 with crossover at F1 RPM speeds and they just sound like noise at that point, they don't "sing" like they should.
That’s honestly cheap asf and I see tons of people now jumping on the Judd wagon. Why on earth would I spend 300k on a huracan, when I can have a real formula 1 supra.. lol
Thank you for 30fps. Ryan films all his stuff in 24 and it looks horrible. The only thing I might suggest if you aren't already doing it is to put the shutter speed to 1/50th instead of 1/60th or 180-deg. Putting it at 1/50th and locking it (only ISO, aperture, and ND filters to adjust exposure) will let you shoot 30p in any country without interior lights flickering. Plus the increased motion blur will look both more natural, and more like a movie. Also, it's all the better if your camera lets you shoot TRUE 30p and not that 29.97 crap. Though, as far as I can tell, if it IS shooting decimal, you're also editing and exporting in decimal since moving objects don't randomly jump and skip across the screen on 1/3 second intervals, so GREAT job on your filming settings, but if you can shoot true 30 and edit in true 30, then defo do that cuz I heard youtube reencodes decimal to true when you upload so it might be effing with your files and that's no Bueno.

Many people will never understand what F1 truly represents and demands of its drivers. The hardware is sound as the maths is accurate. F1 seeks to find the driver that understands exactly that...
Yeah that Judd engine is way to powerful for that car...not to mention that old race track is still using Armco barriers which are dangerous. But it was a cool video!

Or the early-mid 90s with the 787s, Peugeot 905 and the Toyota TS010 all flying around. Would have been epic.
