@@queennanna5595 Clearly she does offer something because they reached out to her specifically. Sorry if you aren't able to understand the possible significance of this professor and how she links the two men. And with this common denominator, how that could have played a significant role in this crime. BTK didn't follow the typical criminal profile of a serial killer and this suspect would have been extremely interested in his psyche because of this point. And she was the bridge between the two men. Perhaps it is just too complex for some to understand though.

People are making such a big deal about his dad coming out there and riding back with him. First, I’m just speculating here but, there is a very good chance that Kohberger told his family that he’s already come forward to police about his car and been cleared. Second, the time period that his dad flew out to meet him aligns with winter break and could have been a preplanned trip so that Kohberger didn’t have to drive that long distance alone to come home for Christmas. I know that we are making this trip a huge thing bc of the laundries but based on Kohberger’s parents statement where they didn’t come out and declare that he is definitely innocent but instead made a statement about preserving his presumption of innocence until proven guilty in court, I feel like they might cooperate and behave very different than parents like the Laundries.

I agree 💯 it just so happened that because of the location he was studying he had the connection with that Dr.... The Evil was already in the works.

My heart goes out to BTK's daughter. She is genuinely traumatized by this connection, as if she hasn't suffered enough. Bless her!

Weren't the Moscow Idaho police looking for a 2011-2013 Hyundai Elantra, and wasn't the Kohberger owned Elantra a 2015? That could explain why the father did not think anything about driving cross country in the white Elantra with his son. However, for a 28 year old man needing a travel companion for a mere 2500 mile drive is somewhat curious. Most men in their 20's can easily drive that alone with little more than a few stops at rest areas for some sleep.

Wow, I just watched Ramsland's documentary on BTK and had no idea she taught at DeSales. I'm sure there are good reasons why she can't comment now, but I hope she does soon.

There is a DNA reason that he had his father make that drive with him. He was already worried about his DNA being collected.
