good video as always, now I got a question that im debating for a while now, which one you recommend for movies and tv in general the one or the samsung k950? you thing if I get the full set of the Bose will be a better buy then the samsung that has atmos?
I have had this since October and haven't had problems really do enjoy it. Love the bass module really make a huge difference

Yeah, but do you know if the white light for the wifi is always suppose to be on? Because mines is always on, so i was wondering if it stays on all the time? Or that can be powered off?

Did you use the optical cable or HDMI? Would you think there is a big difference in sound? All my HDMI slots are full so I had to go with optical. Unless you have a better solution.

You didn't show how you physically set up the connections. I have this same system and I am not hearing the expanded sound effect from the speaker. I only hear what's coming from the front and the acoustimass bass. I'm confused as to my setup.

I bought mine recently and I have a question, has anyone else had a mini problem where the left side sounds a bit higher than the right side of the sound bar?
Do you need to have the ADAPTiQ to get this bar to work? I am asking because when I moved in the house the TV and Bose Sound Touch sound bar 300 was here already and it was working. I think my wife change some settings by mistake and now the bar will not work with the TV.

Hello - I lost my Soundbar remote and using Soundtouch app for controls. However, my son did something and I don't see the TV button green but only see soundtouch (3rd light). How to connect to TV back again using App control? Please advise.

Yes the tv was on.

Very good review, but you did not mention which is the best way to connect it? Is it best with the hdmi or the optical cable? Also which is a better model the 300 ore the 500 sound bar thanks
Hdmi is always better.
Does it have that fine Bose remote that does not need to be pointed Nd works across the walls??

Your videos are great and really helpful. I need to get another soundbar system (definitely with rears and sub). I have the Bose ST300 in my living room now and am debating between getting another one for the new media room or an atmos system. Would you recommend this or the SK10Y?

Should I hook this up to my xfinity cable box or should I hook this up to my tv or should I hook this up to my blue ray player. Because I want the sound bar to have the volume from my cable and my blue ray player
+Preston Trump the best hooks up the the tv. Use the optical cable they give you. Or you can use the HDMI if your tv has HDMI ARC.

+Jeffrey williams you can probably get Samsung's atmos bar from last year at a good price at BB. Check their display models. I saw one here for like 400.

Its Pretty disappointing it doesn't do DTShd or Dolbytruhd
DTShd or Dolbytruehd not required. DTS 5.1 and Dolby 5.1 decoding drives the speakers reflective sound capabilities. Amazing how well this sound bar moves sound to the rear - virtually. It is after all a sound bar designed with minimalism in mind.
Wtf why do you have to use a smart phone? Why isn’t there an on screen menu? Dumbest idea to make a home product dependent on a smart phone(I have this). Bose fucked this up. Junk
If your going to provide instructions about the Bose app set up so fast that it can’t be understood, then it just a waist of people’s time.
