@@ManyATrueNerd Jon sorry for posting this as a reply but you should head to some of the settlements that you havent changed to military ones and drop settlement planners desks at them. Not only will they help with supplies but remember the caravan stations can work as fast travel, the beacons for both youre loot when youre carrying to much and drop the smaller one in any container but the one that you can drop on the ground the settlers will come loot everything, and as soon as a couple hit level 3 youll have a stable economy and be able to support hq and your military stations. You can make any settler head of the settlement just run up to one hit e and then to the cities planners desk you can hit enter and it will make them the leader and it will load what ever settlement plans you have for that place. Sorry for the long post but this should help a bit with everything

I still cant get over the fact that starfield started out so good, turned out later in the story line to be so dull, boring, lackluster snd plain stupid. The tricky thing with scrounger 4, IIRC, is that it only triggers when you completely empty a clip. Then it gives you a free extra clip/fusion core, depending on the weapon. Which isn't great since with a sneak build you'll nearly always be reloading before running empty. It can be fun for heavy weapons builds though; a free 500 minigun ammo, fusion core or mini nuke is good fun.
I get the feeling that you got multiple waves of reinforcements during the Cutler Bend battle because the game was going "oh shit, I was supposed to make him take multiple outposts -- THROW ALL THE GUNNERS HE WAS SUPPOSED TO FIGHT AT THESE THREE WRECKED BOATS AND WE'LL SORT IT OUT LATER. Also submarine dogs, because why not." XD

Why do games never really have a "let's make a fake thing they want for the trade" Id rather get inside and shoot my way out... Than give them what they want, let them upgrade, and then shoot my self into it ANYWAYS.
In this case, I think it makes sense not to have that option. Within the game world, Jon's character is so OP now that he could, realistically, just go into the Gunners Stronghold and kill every last person in there. But, in real life that would be super silly and just get anyone who attempted it killed. So, the mod is trying to take away the "I'm a videogame protagonist lol" option because it's the more boring one that takes the story in a very boring "no stakes" direction. You know, like the main story in modern Bethesda games often does.....

yeah it's a much bigger mod. There are three "acts" on story mode and tons of side quests. I think they are still adding to it as well.

Yeah, I use it all the time. But I am a more of a power armour+ sub machine/minigun player. I have no time to be sneaking in a game.
It's also an abysmal 5% chance, it's a bit of a let down as opposed to the awesomeness of the first 3 ranks
