Cracking video. The Lakes is my happy place, you are lucky to be near them. I am in the South East of the UK so do my wild camping on the South Downs for my channel. Its great, but not as nice as being up in the fells. Just subbed to your channel.

Is that the scorpion 2 or 3? And can you sit up in it? Thinking of getting one but unsure, I need a tent I can sit up in I hate lying down and cooking etc, cheers
Hi pal, it's a Scorpion 2 and I'd say no you can't sit up in it, I do my cooking lying down, can be awkward at times but it's the price you pay. I do like the tent for winter camping though as it's very strong but use my Cloud Peak 2 when the weather is better, you can also sit up in that one. Hope that helps TFW Phil 👍
@@R6PhilOutdoorEnthusiast cheers mate, yeah I was looking at the cloud peak 2 also, would you say its reliable for strong wind and bad weather? I currently have a roben starlight 2 but it's a bit cramped to cook/boil water in without risking the fly going up in flames.
@@goldenwombat2159 no worries, I've not camped in mine in strong winds but if you watch my helm crag vid, Tony is camping in his and it holds up very well to storm Alex 👍
