Umm it takes like 15 extra minutes to record these sounds. Then all you have to do is write the coding so that it plays a random one whenever someone is killed by a defibrillator. It's just an Easter egg.
I know its a "war" game, but they get VERY VERY aggressive language when killing with the defib. I would expect that kind of talk from using an LMG or something. "Fucking die you fuck!" just lol.
