Yeah, I got it on the pre-order ngl I was getting a little upset with how long it was taking, but I definitely enjoyed the product! Also, I was wondering if you had an updated start to finish hair routine? You are one of the few TH-camrs with a hair type that’s very similar to me and the length I’m trying to reach. I’ve been struggling with a length plateau for 2 years now and I’m looking for tips of what I can do differently in my routine. Sorry for the long post 😬😅

Let me tell you, the slip, buttery feel and poppage that my curls had during and after was amazing. I appreciate Whitney has worked hard with adding the quality ingredients to her products that our hair deserve
I feel like you gave the most honest review so far. Everyone else has been so mad because their pre-order was delayed that they let it color their review of the product.
A decent amount of people have become so quick to complain and have forgotten all about patience and circumstances. The product and the wait are 2 completely different subjects to review.
Cannot wait to get my conditioner, I love that she released it and will support her for sure!!
One thing I’ve learned is that heavy thick products don’t always mean it’s going to give moisture. I really love how light her products are. I have low porosity hair and my hair is happy!
I appreciate the positive & honest review of the product. Most reviewers on TH-cam have negative out look on the product due to shipping issues.
And they don’t have the same attitude towards these other big brands. Shipping issues does not make the product bad. That’s a while other category.
How many times my package gets lost with these big suppliers and I have to to go back and forth between the shipping company and the brand. Not the brands fault, but the shipping company.

Yes ma'am she's done it. I received my pre-order used it the next day and immediately ordered another one from Sephora. I noticed a difference in my hair when dried too; it had a "silky" feeling but not weighed down and I didn't change any other part of my routine. It was crazy!
So we not gone talk about how you love it so much you kept detangling and detangling 🤣🤣🤣like the energizing

I have been watching her since I've been natural (08), I found her. I got over the delay in shipping. It was worth the wait for me! I will always support her!
This Conditioner is the bomb. It was well worth the wait! I've used it once on Salt&Pepper hair. Detangling was a breeze. My hair is soft and moisturized, especially the crown area. My 4c coils are popping!
I didn’t have the best slip with the deep conditioner but the after it sat feeling was amazing! I love that you were positive about your review. Like someone said so many TH-camrs are so negative because of the shipping issues. I was a little annoyed with how long it took but the results melted my negative feelings away.
Same!! Today i applied it all over my tight kinks and the slip was not good. I felt my hair getting soft but I kept having to use products. Now I am going to wash it out and see if it gives that softness!! I’ll update ❤
Update: the slip wasn’t good but my hair did feel very soft and manageable after washing it out. I did do the LCO method using her leave in, oil, and butter. So I think a lot of the softness came from that as well.

Yeah for me the application was okay, but the rinse was amazing!
That’s what is so confusing. Some say it. Has minimal slip and some say it has slip. It has me thinking it depends on how you clean your hair. Like I use Mielle strengthening hair mask and it has slip and absorbs into my hair but I have heard some say the complete opposite 💯
I am one of those people who has been watching Naptural85 for years and when she posted the video that she was launching a new product a deep conditioner I was late to that video but was still happy to know that I could still pre order it which I did. I ordered back in June along with the twisting cream. That was 4 months ago. I was wondering why it took so long and had no idea that there was shipping issues. Can't wait to try it just got mine last week.

I like you procrastinated so I didn't get it in the pre-launch as I forgot about it. I definitely love all her products. The oil in my favorite, then the leave-in, then shampoo and then twist cream. I waited this long so I might as well wait for a few reviews. Your brush through was my favorite part 😍 my daughter's has dense hair but thin strains so I can see this being a gem for her hair. I currently have all the dc I need, but I'm thinking about what I'm going to buy for 2023. Considering this one, but I'm not exactly committed yet. I don't buy a lot of dc usually one moisture and one protein and sometimes a balance, and I tend to stick to the same ones. I love that you shampoo and condition on loose hair. So few of us type 4's do, but it surely makes the wash process easy.

I liked it. I wished for a stronger peppermint smell, but I like the smell. It's not as thick as I prefer, but it's not a dealbreaker. I find that it plays well with other products I have. I enjoyed how it felt afterwards. Slip was pretty good, but I haven't tested it on a puff detangle. I probably didn't need to use as much as I did, but it's a generous amount of product even for us heavy-handed people.
My preorder had to be refunded, but I did manage to get one from Ulta.

Ok I just used this tonight and I forgot I used it.. so after as I'm applying my leave in I said to my husband that my hair looks different but in a good way and I don't know why.. later I was like duh I used a different deep conditioner lol 😆 I like it so far for the first time I was considering doing a wash in go.

Good video. I’m just the opposite I find the thicker conditioners don’t penetrate my hair & just sit on top. The verdict overall is that everyone seems to like it. Some may not repurchase my honestly like the product

Did you use MHC shampoo or another kind?🤔..curious bcuz I use Creme of Nature and only use MHC on quarterly bases to really clean scalp not monthly 🤷🏾♀️

The comments some of your subbies are leaving are funny to me because you loving it, doesn't mean other people who didn't love it or thought it was just okay are lying. Despite the preorder, the conditioner will stand on its own merit for years to come and it will not work for everyone. Everyone's hair is different and everyone's experience with products are different. Porosity, especially, plays a major role. Within this community, that has to start being okay, lol.
I think we take the opinions of others too seriously 😭 ESPECIALLY when it comes to hair products 💀 if we like it we are lying and if we don’t like it we are hating

None of her products contain any fragrance or parfum. The ingredients just happen to give the products a scent. So you should be fine
