    My mom always boils spinach before she cooks it. Her mother and so on did the same, they say it takes the toxins out and takes that Filmy taste out of the spinach. Great recipe

    Hello! Ive mastered a few recipes, but I dont quite understand a typical chinese dinner table setting. What does a typical chinese dinner consisit of?

    This is a healthy & delicious dish! I always thought the Shaoshing wine is use for meat only. I saw sometimes you used "white wine" and sometimes "Shaoshing wine"...may I ask for what meat do we use these wine? Thank you :-)

    I like my food to be hot. Washing the spinach might make it cold especially when the sauce added is not heated.
    How can I keep the food hot upon serving it?

      Stir fry boneless chicken with watercress? It is possible to create that cooking, but watercress will to too soft to handle after they are incorporate with stir frying the chicken.
