Great video. This ‘Cruiser - the new Prado, as the smaller line is called here in Australia - is a huge step up from its predecessor. However, I’m not sure that it’s really comparable with the Ineos, which seems to have truly taken the mantle as the no-nonsense, go-anywhere work horse that Land Rovers and Land Cruisers used to be. IMO this will hurt Ford Bronco sales much more.
They can't make enough broncos
@@erp2000 For now. I wanted a bronco but i'd pick a toyota for how reliable my beater was.
Great review and awesome-looking SUV! I prefer the round headlamps but like them both. Toyota nailed the design.
Like the Aussies say. If you want to go out in the bush, buy a Land Rover. If you want to come back, buy a Land Cruiser.
currently my dream garage is this land cruiser and a bmw supra. perfect combo
Japan, the kid at school who copies your homework but is better at spelling and punctuation so gets a higher grade.
Both lights look great, but i would choose ROUND!
I really love that Toyota hasn't put all the controls in a screen. It's what I hate the most about new cars.
What do you mean, "new king in town"? It's been king for decades. :)
This is JLR's nightmare.
Round headlights, and the new 70 series is on the roads in Australia too.
Prefer this to a defender any day
Everything looks really great. The only thing that's holding it back is it still running on ICE.
Great looking car, especially with the round headlights, blows the Grenadier and Defender out of the water. It's the only car that's tempted me to swap my Jimny.
Beautiful SUV, and thank god for buttons! Hate car markers replacing every button with a giant tablet.
It's a Toyota + it has great built quality. all the reasons to buy one.
If this comes to India under 9,000,000INR for the top end, it might just topple most luxury SUV sales. For context you get a fully loaded GLC 300d for 8,500,000INR and a HSE petrol Defender 110 for 11,000,000INR.
This is a fine first look.
I prefer the circle head lamps the reason being is that it makes it look more retro 🇹🇹🇹🇹🔥🔥
Toyota is going to sell a bazillion of these.
The 4x4 for the people. Thank you Toyota!
This is such an exciting vehicle! Toyota is on a roll. Well done!
Dude, you're killing it!! Great vids
Toyota really has found its design legs again- well done team! Definitely the round lights for me
Defender
Think I’ll keep my 100 series Sahara here in Australia. Thanks for the review though
