Dan has been really consistent on this. It was his antidote nearly a decade ago as the way the biggest loser should be for actual lifestyle change and less chance of pain

This sounds delightful. Definitely more of a “blue skies” approach than the “live like a monk” Dorian Yates mentality

Awesome question and awesome answer, Dan! It was a pleasure attending the RKC Certification with you last weekend. I'm looking forward to continuing to learn from your teachings and fine-tune my training!

I had some people criticize this. But honestly, if you could just put together a good year, most people would have some amazing transformations. I don’t believe in 6 to 12 week transformations.

Is this a market opportunity? I'd pay good money for this service, irrespective of appearing on the big screen!! I've seen @MarkWildman tell of 'sculpting' actors in his earlier videos.

5 sets of PUT THAT DAMN DONUT DOWN.
In seriousness though. Im sure Dan would advocate for a goblet squat or even a simple sit in a squat.
A hang, a one armed press, a kettlebell swing and a farmerswalk.
But Im sure he would tell you to eat real food and stay away from processed crap too.

Then one month of starting strength 3x a week and off days metcon with kettlebells/5k or 8k runs 2days off. Then 2months of 5/3/1 crossfit on the other days 2days off. Then last 6months will be one month of boxing muay thai jujitsu mma then kali

But look, you're there to look good on camera, you'll likely have other responsibilities that involve production, and no one on a multi-million dollar movie is going to risk the lead actor getting injured.

You could also achieve most of this in prison
