As a law school student and father of a 7 month old, this speaks to me. Took me awhile to figure out workout times

Dan -so few people understand that the wellness continuum is ever ongoing. I share your principals with friends as being the "go back to simple" stuff. Can't wait to meet you on purpose. I'm not a trainer but all this works and people get excited because they understand it.

boys, i got an 11 month old baby, my process is this; find 30 minutes, do a 5 minute warm up, hips, knees, shoulders and core. 10 minute EMOM 20 KB swings. short rest, EMOM 10, alternate swings with pushups, 10 reps of each. 5 minute emom double KB skier swing x5, double KB clean x5. Try and stretch it out after. i try to do this 3x weekly, more often it’s 2x weekly. i do this in my living space with my baby in her play pen or she’s asleep. I and i try to train karate once a week

It’s so refreshing to hear you talk about life getting busy and accepting the 2 day program or the “between wash cycles” program as OK/Enough. Thanks coach!

When I shall get old, I shall stick to just 5 exercises: some type of squat and deadlift, OHP variation (single or double arm), farmer walk, and chin ups (or rows otherwise).

I started following Dan and Patrick’s advice a few months ago. I’m seeing more progress than I’ve seen in years.
A simple (elegance is simplicity) full body routine, three times a week that trains the major body movements has worked wonders for me.

Always a pleasure to hear Dan John speak. I saw him many times at the Perform Better seminars, standing room only when he was speaking. Very down to earth speaker, keeps it real, thank you Dan.

Good video, thanks. Some hacks that work for me.
I make coffee the night B4 and store in CamelBak double insulated containers. I wasted money on Italian glass for fermentation, they were good looking but fragile. Now I make kimchi and root kimchi in gallon pickle jars. I use a Cuisinart steam oven to cook salmon, asparagus, mushrooms, pre-made brown rice/quinoa all at once over a bed of kale in a pyrex bowl. I don't like making grains every day, the steam oven rehydrates the grains that I cook and refrigerate. I also soak organic oats in yogurt and eat with blueberries.
Kb's, hip thrusts, and carrys are new to me, good stuff.

Index cards! At 63, I struggled to remember what we called them, I love the sticky addition. Great advice. I am addicted to a number of your healthy recommendations. I am still a work in progress too.😊

I used to do overnight oats, then i realized that the five minutes my oatmeal and frozen fruit are in the microwave make for the perfect time to do five minutes of jumping jacks. 3-4 minutes of light mobility and core stability while it cools a bit then im good to eat!

Great info, as a busy dad and business owner this seems very doable. Quick question though, do you recommend doing the workout every single day? Also how challenging of a weight do you recommend? Thanks for all the great info!

Off topic, but does it bother anyone else that when it says a 6 piece Pyrex set, they're counting the lids? Probably just me, but it feels like they're padding the numbers. It's 3 Pyrex dishes + lids.
    Enjoyed it, Coach!

Excellent information and I'm going to look for your perfect workout and start it up. Food/Nutrition you mention coffee, a lot, I don't drink coffee, is there another thing I can use for the same effect?
    Thanks

There is a whole family of teas, but water might be good for a lot of people, too. I was just reading a health article that states: "Water before coffee."
