I bought one after watching this video. Sadly, it won’t charge up? I haven’t been able to use it since it arrived. I I bought a 5v 3a charging block as is suggested. Am I doing something wrong?😢
I just purchased one, the max time I got on a charge was 10 hours, that was on high, when I ran it on low I could barely feel it. The battery can not be replaced and it doesn't open up for cleaning, 6-7 hours to charge.

There is no problem, you can use it both ways
Mine just started cutting off after 6 minutes. It's charged and runs fine for six minutes. Hit the buttons again and runs another six.

I just got mine today, the fan does not work. Everything else works, BUT the fan. Suggestions? Its super simple but maybe Im doing something wrong??
Make sure its charged. Then just follow my steps on how to power it on
