legendary. used to do radio interviews day after game. fun to hear while driving to work the day after game. just seemed like he was having fun poking fun at everyone in a nice way. players didn't used to talk to media in Chicago except in very formal interviews on cbs,nbc or abc with a little local mostly newspaper until around that 84 85 and after.

He is 5th all-time in recorded tackles, has 95 sacks (more than several other HoF def linemen like Mean Joe and Cortez Kennedy), he has double digit forced fumbles and more fumble recoveries than some HoF’ers, and is 5th all-time in career safeties. Plus he has one of the best sack totals in the post season. He may never get in, but the certitude in your comment is misplaced.
