The 85 Bears. The greatest football team in nfl history. There will never be another team that great, and with that many great personalities. They were entertaining on and off the field. They were fascinating. And Steve Mcmichael was a perfect fit on that team. With great skills, fierce determination, and an amazing personality. Chicago loves you always Mongo.

legendary. used to do radio interviews day after game. fun to hear while driving to work the day after game. just seemed like he was having fun poking fun at everyone in a nice way. players didn't used to talk to media in Chicago except in very formal interviews on cbs,nbc or abc with a little local mostly newspaper until around that 84 85 and after.

What a joke. Some brainless person decided to have this event outside in Vegas in February. It was 38 degrees outside with the possibility of snow in the forecast. I couldn’t even hold my drink it was so cold. All the celebrities were huddled under a propane heater in a VIP area and I saw no one mingling. Bad enough but to put out this video saying everything was wonderful is beyond belief.

I met Phil at the Las Vegas airport on my way back to Chicago after seeing a game. I was wearing Raiders gear and he approached me. He, another person, and I talked football and Raiders history for about an hour before his flight boarded. Great man. Humble. As much as a character in real life as you see on screen. Love him.
